You know yeah, calling Nnpc out is a gamble.
If you are a hopeful, you should thread with caution and don’t create a spark because when the fire comes, you will run.
This has pros and cons.
The people that have nothing at stake especially those that didn’t pass the test would escalate this delay and call it manipulation and clamour for its cancellation alongside that lawyer.
What do you think will happen when you hand your enemy a bullet for his gun.
Left to me, I’d say we should just be patient till end of January.
APL should logically come out by then.

Beware of lighting matches to a dry bush.
If this issue trends on twitter. We will not be abke to control the direction and response of tweeps.
The small fire might turn to a blazing inferno.
The only approach on twitter that can work is to turn our waiting for APL to a joke/meme. Then after we can plead for quick resolution of the matter.

Patience should not be likened to idleness, giving yourself deadline will do more harm than good.

I have just gone back to that state I was before the interview invite, many of us continued with our lives as if we were not waiting for the interview call-up.

Things can’t get worse?
That you went for an interview that was concluded in July, 3 months further payments were concluded and after 2 months you were assured that the recruitment would soon come to an end after rumors of cancellation.
Please maybe I missed a detail. What bad thing has happened so far talk less of a worse thing.
Mind you this is a Federal Job that was advertised in March and test kicked off almost a month after or so.
Mind you 2 months after the deadline for application , Total are silent on their YGP and you people are crying here.
Sad.

This is a good news. I was actually informed on Saturday that NNPC won't be able to conclude the process now because of the pending court case. I just chose to be optimistic that NNPC will find a way round it and close the process this year.

I just wantu ask some of you clamouring to trend this on Twitter a question....

If this Apl delay eventually trends and Nnpc decides to cancel the recruitment on what ever excuse they chose to lay hands on, wiii u people sue Nnpc?? Or lock up the Officials??

You are not the only ones tired, we all are but taking laws into our own hands and hoping that the outcome favours us is like a two edged sword, it could go any direction.

I do not support the length of time they are taking to release that thing, but fact is we can DO BASICALLY NOTHING about it! Moreover,this company decided on their own to recruit people , u didn't suggest that to them , so whatever be the reason for the delay, we can only pray it is resolved soon enough.
Don't forget the last recruitment took close to a year, This is barely 5 months post interview, Let's at least wait till Jan- Feb and if nothing happens by then, we can think of agitating through whatever means. Pulizeee my people..

Thanks for the move guys. We are using the hashtag #2019NNPCRecruitment.

We are not relenting. Even if we move on, let us know we did something about it. Just like many people here, we traveled, studied hard, prepared ourselves, created WhatsApp groups and spent money to ensure we gave NNPC our best. To those calling us fools, I understand your fears and your opinion is respected but we must do our best to see that the conclusion of this recruitment sees the light day.

I am willing to contribute money if anyone wants to publish a newspaper article like people did in 2012 before NNPC Management yielded.

We are doing our little part. Let it be that at least we did something. Keeping quiet is a bigger risk than making a fruitless effort.

The paradox is this, you're moving on with what you got, which is equivalent to not receiving an APL when it drops; unless you're lying to yourself. So if the call-out goes haywire is not an issue, we shud have resigned to our fate.

Then again, comparing one foul act to another foul act, I see that as a waste of the mind. What is bad is bad. If something must be done, it should be done right. Double standards doesn't get one anywhere.

Without prior notice, first Bank of Nigeria sacked contract staff across the 36 States of Nigeria.
The bank has claimed that they sacked only the contract staff whose contract ended.
The staff were reported to have received the shocking news lately yesterday.
This new development affected the services of the bank in the early hours of Thursday, November, 2019
Customers may experience delay banking with first bank today.
Some of the sacked staff described their sack as sudden.
The empty desks of the sacked staff need to be occupied as soon as possible. While doing that, the system needs to accept the new operators which causes delay as operators send request to the bank database for fresh registration.
Those requesting for ATM, opening of accounts were told to come back another as the systems failed to load.
In case you didn’t see your favorite staff as you visit your branch, know that he/she has been fired.
We wish all the affected staff Good Luck as they move on.
