Let's look at it from another angle, is bleaching against Nigerian law? If it is not, I see no reason why NAFDAC should invade the place when the grown adult who visit the place know exactly what they are bargaining.

Try registering a local skin care cream at NAFDAC office and see the bureaucratic hell you'll have to go through. So people prefer to import.

When you try to over-regulate local producers out of existence, know it that they'll find solace in importation of same products by hook or crook.

People will now prefer to sell their drugs, cosmetics and products online without address because of NAFDAC and its exorbitant fees and the bureaucratic bottlenecks it likes to ambush local producers with. The organization is a cesspit of corruption especially during Paul Orhii's leadership.

Listen I'm a Scientist, not an emotionalist and I'm very procedural.

What you should be canvassing for is that NAFDAC sponsors bill that will make cosmetic dermatological interventions a crime. Be it tattoos, skin peeling, bleaching, pink lips, cosmetic surgery etc.

Only then can NAFDAC have the confidence and mandate to invade and condemn. Even the NAFDAC guys know this that's why I'm sure they didn't close down the place.

If the owner goes to court, he will win. Constitutional facts not emotions and media trials win cases.
