Spoting typos in a well composed sentence is the first symptom of psycheache......pls see a therapist in that regard.
And if you are so sure of yourself, i dare you to sit for IELTS and show me your band 8.
Pls be guided!
Lol you think everyone on Nairaland is a dimwit. I cleared IELTS I think 8 years ago or so. All I’m saying is be critical of the information you dish out. Do not mislead people.

You should learn how to write correctly. It'll do you and your progeny a lot of good.
you are a cacoo. Financial illiterate. Uneducated fool. U think matters on finance and economics are like football every animal will stand up and say 'I have an opinion'. Keep disgracing yourself and your generation

PatrickOkunima:
Okay, they generate revenue, but how much. All the ones you mentioned cannot even pay 2 staff of the CBN. Universities, don't they collect tuition fees and others?
see how u reason like a cow

How people reason here is the reason why this country is still backward

Considering that we're in a faceless forum, I won't be surprised if you're not half as educated as myself, yet you accuse me of lacking the intellect to discuss a subject as rudimentary as this.

Yes, I wrote that, but most of the people quoting me, yourself inclusive took my comment out of context. Ideally, the CBN should be generating revenue for the government, but in reality are they? To start with, can you show me a proof of CBN's revenue contribution to the annual budget? Do that and I'll take you seriously.

For the records, I am not your average Nigerian graduate. If it were possible, I would have called that a public test be organized between you and me, an avenue for me to place you where you rightly belong intellectually. Besides, that, I don't have to prove anything to you. Have a wonderful day.
to start with, do u know I've just turned yourself to a laughing stock?

That is a lie.

IPPIS was a reform initiative conceived to position the public service for improved efficiency and productivity.

It was rolled out in 2007 with seven pilot Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA) and has since been expanded to cover 506 MDAs.

Current government in power lacks the capacity to come up with such laudable ideas.
but after the idea was conceived, it wasn't implemented as it became fallowed.

it was in 2015 during the coming of the Messiah Buhari that re activated it an implemented it more reason why people are now hearing of it now.

how come since 2006 after Obasanjo brought it then we fail to hear of it's existence from then till 2015huh
PDP is a mess

forget grammar. Who dey pay their salary that is wht i ask u.
They pay themselves from their revenues. Then give part of the profits to the Federal Government. Unlike the Universities that draw their salaries from the Federal Government.
