About DNA - when such issue is raised, it is because the man is in doubt and not the woman. So such test is carried out to determine if there is paternity fraud because the woman always know the father of the baby but not the man.
But of recent, DNA as included testing the mother also so as to clear all doubt in cases were baby-swapping occurred at birth to clarify and justify her.
If the DNA test is negative for both wife and hubby, then it is safe to say baby swapping occurred but in the case mom is positive but dad negative , then the wife as alot to tell.
