Westmorland:Straight management of bed sore especially if the ulceration is getting too long to heal, is given to the doctor in the clinic. For remedies to your bladder stones, I would advise you also to seek help from your doctor rather than the "bread-to-butter" treatment you want from me. |

Hello doc, pls help me, bear with me ,it is a long epistle. i have had malaria for many years now & have been treating it intemittently but yet it still come back everytime. All this while i did many MP test & some show 2plus or 1 plus. This make me battle constant anaemia for a long time as well(my tongue is pale). i have tried many antimalarials & injections yet no way. I take iron blood tonic always. i have mosquito net @ house though there is bush next to my compound.Lately i went to a hospital & was given IV artesunate for 3 days , yet the malaria came back again Recently i took azythromycin(self medication) thinking it might be infection that is causing the anaemia. i stopped it because i noticed heart irregularities . when i confided in a lab scientist friend, he gave me IM beta arthemether injection, this really worked in clearing the the parasite but after about 2 weeks the malarial symptoms is coming back again . What worries me now is that i,m starting to feel dizzingness & lightheadedness on standing sometimes on sitting, irregular heartbeat , fainting episodes & weakness esp @ night. what confuse me is i can do exercise or clear the compound without getting tired , i have no feet sweliing, i dont have cough . Pls doc which heart problem is this and how can i permanently end this malarial & constant anaemia troubling me? Is there any way one can stay @ hospital, on drip to clear the parasite out of my system? Somebody recently said malarial can lodge in the liver Pls i need your expert advice, im in my late twenties & male |

drealdude: Apart from the MP test done, have you done a Full blood count joint with Hemoglobin concentration and PCV? Apart from the pale tongue and palpitation, what other signs and symptoms have you to tell that proves an anaemia? You may observe the following to reply this: -skin -nails -eyes -agility -mental stability -urine -color of excreta -appetite. |

Deriches:How old are you? Nothing perhaps, those corners having seminal fluid before your last throw could just be fast sometimes to offload their remains before wee falls. This is normal. Should you are worried about this, kindly meet up with a Medical laboratory scientist to have your urine examine for asymptomatic cases of UTI. |

bodex196:Assuming I came late, how are you doing now? Which part of the neck is giving pains( you may post a snap of that region with a mark on it)? Do you have problems rotating/noding your head? Any abscess or boil anywhere? Problems with chewing and swallowing food? |

2Ballz:Good morning doctor. I had an ulcer issue three months ago which I took the medications for almost a month. I felt lot better than before. I went to General Hospital for treatment. But recently I'm still having same symptoms and signs though this time I got to sleep well but that tickle sharp that comes up to the chest is still there. Sometimes I feel like my stomach is falling inside from the right side of my belly. Is there a good lasting solution to this or something I could do to get rid of it? |

Flamezzz: Hello... sorry about your condition. I would like to share some knowledge of stomach ulcer and its proper treatment for the best results. A Stomach Ulcer is an open sore in the upper digestive tract. The pain is usually in the upper middle part of the abdomen, above the belly button(navel) and below the abdomen. The ulcer pain can feel like burning, gnawing, and it may go through to the back. Ulcer pain often comes when the stomach is empty. The pain is often at night and early morning and can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. The ulcer pain may be temporarily relieved by food, antacids, or vomiting. Causes of stomach pain include : bacterium called Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori), aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), pain relievers like ibuprofen. Symptoms include : abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss and in several cases bleeding in the stomach or duodenum. Treatment : The best is to go for a permanent and lasting solution. Taking antacids, honey, unripe pawpaw and banana, moringa leaves etc, is just for a temporary relief, that's why the pain still reoccurs after some time. We recommend effective natural food supplements as lasting solutions to treat any disease or ailment, and people share their testimonies every time they make use of our products and services. For complete treatment, we recommend proven and effective natural food supplements of our Reputable Company to treat Stomach ulcer to get the best results. They work by closing the gastric sore and correcting and imbalances in the digestive tract completely. You can also contact us for other health conditions. Could untreated sinus infection actually affects one's brain? I've been feeling one kind in my body system and 24/7 headache. Would have gone for proper medical treatment at teaching hospital but financially down and I've been battling with cold and catarrh for many years and a small region on my face have been swollen for a year now which I believe my sinus now filled up with air or liquid. Last time I went to see a specialist, he said he couldn't see the normal scan clearly (face scan) , that I should go for CT scan which gonna cost like 40k which I don't have and that was in April this year. What can I really do on my own till I get money for proper treatment at UCH Ibadan. Am not feeling normal anymore. Pain on my face and inside my head is killing me gradually. What can I do? |

gidjah:Though you might just be right, but I will be well pleased if you have any reason, proof or documents to confirm your assertion. Why rheumatoid arthritis, and no other arthritic causes? Also, which treatment have you being on to ease your comfort before now? |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 11:18pm On Dec 12, 2019 |
Wizdray:Yes! Some sinus infection self limit but a long stayed sinus infection can cause irritation to the functional tissues of the brain, or even its meninges. Color of nasal discharge? Does it this discharge smell awful? Though with a running rose, you still suffer congestion sometimes or most times? But you don't have problem moving the muscles of the face neither do you find it a problem moving masticated food from the corner aspect of the mouth to its central, do you? |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by 2Ballz(m): 11:29pm On Dec 12, 2019 |
Flamezzz:My suggestion: 1) meet again the doctor that gave you those first medications, he should provide same drugs for you. However, this time around you will need to take those drugs for a period longer than the first. 2) Carefully avoid predisposing factors that you could have associated yourself after taking treatment. You may need to keep yourself off: -smoking -alcohol use -eating beans -NSAIDs -antacids -starvation (the i-must-hungry-first-before-i-eat habit) -dehydration (stay hydrated much as you can) -night meals -others |

Whenever I slept and woke, always noticed it looked bigger but reduced as times goes on during the day No, no difficulty in moving food Right now, always feels pain/headache in my head, pain both outside and inside my nose, tiredness, I've fell like couple of times without being pushed, weak body parts. My main concern now is the brain and headaches |
