Mmf vs tb.

From my investigation mmf rate is higher

It's only a matter of time. The only way for mmfs is downwards

I have a stock market investment WhatsApp group, which focused on investment generally but with a bias for the stock market. But weekends are free days when we discuss as the spirit directs.

Group link?
Can I be added?

Nice, do u only deal with Nigerian stocks? cos the US stock market is my forte.

More volatile, more opportunities, I don't like to buy and hold for more than 24hrs.

There is no point for secret conversation. But let me showcase my latest discovery on TB at Access Bank after they have labelled me as a marketer for I-Invest without knowing that constant online research on money making na him dey worry me.

Dear just click on https://tbills.ng/#/ to see the TB rates available in Access Bank daily. The window is always opened between 8-4 on daily if I am not wrong.

A form will be displayed upon clicking on 'get started' button. Same would be deactivated after 4pm daily.

Input your BVN, acct to be debited, account to be credited etc in the form. Gbam! You are done in less than 5minutes.

No nahh! It was mentioned on the thread ages ago maybe last year or 2017. I think it was in beta then. It's owned by Access Bank. That they've not done a good job of advertising it doesn't make it a spoofing site

I'm pretty sure that if it was fraudulent, an alarm would have been raised here

Which research have you made before condemnation if I may ask? We are not in beer parlour please.

You are free to condemn or argue on anything, but kindly ensure that an empirical research has been conducted on the subject matter as all I see in your comment is a dramatis personae with lazy sense of reasoning and research.

If you can prove that my assertions were wrong, come back here to claim anything from me on this forum.

Get it right.

I beg to differ. We do not have the same risk tolerance. People tried i-invest despite the naysayers didn't they? Besides, what if your assessment of the risk associated with these platforms is overstated? Can't your money be stolen from your bank account too?

Haven't folks complained about banking services rendered directly? Eg suppressed investment, attempt to convince you to do FD instead of NTB, failed bids etc. I-invest and co help avoid all that

My point is, both channels (bank and fintech) have risks. Decide on the risks you can bear and choose the channel that is the best fit for you

Why do I feel this is a troll-intended conversation?

Could be wrong, but something his off about your responses, mannerism and intent. This shouldn’t be a hard one to detect.

I'm begining to appreciate diversification of business. I saw one hotel well packaged with an average single bed of 2,500k a night and double bed of 3,500k a night closed to Dangote Cement Factory in Obajana. The number of people that patronised that hotel were much just because of the "environment it's being sited".
I also saw some hostels around the Kwara State University, Malete being constructed in self contained apartments each and I was told that those ones with water and well fenced go for 250k each per annum while others that not too closed to the school go for 200k per annum.
I'm personally seeing property business as a factor of location. It's not really adviceble (for those going into building and renting) to rent a house to anybody directly without the involvement of a lawyer. In most places, tenants may not even see the landlord through his staying in a particular apartment. Everything is being done by a lawyer and the cash goes into his account when the house is due.
Someone also told me how he is making it in dry cleaning business. He moved to a newly developed site in the city and paid less in shop. He also goes outside to get clothes from his customers and returned them when he's is done.
Tb will never tight us down
