I don't think it's a promo. It's been like that for weeks. name.com is also a partner to namesilo, afternic and GoDaddy. So your name registered with them is listed as premium on other market places immediately. Though I have not seen some of their t&c or bought domain from them before.

Anyway, just list them on GoDaddy, Dan & Epik and pray for buyers to come
