I can see that. Those posts were really important And its strange that they should be deleted, except if they use the fact that you used some abusive language on a mod as an excuse. But the other posts there were relevant to readership too.

The fact is that bad news is more entertaining than good, so abuses and stupid gossips will always gain more traffic and make more money than positive vibes.

What you are hinting on here is more sinister, which is Why I couldnt understand why you insisted on "bursting it" when the phenomenon of opening more than one moniker is not realistically going to get anybody nabbed, even if it is technically against the rules. This is why it looked to me as though you were just ranting.

And this is why I found it funny that you would keep writing all those things when it would just heighten the drama even more but not prompt anybody to get to the root of the problem.

Even heinous crimes take a long time to punish in this country; the approach of using one minor crime, which almost everybody openly commits and evades punishment for, to topple somebody for more serious ones that cannot yet strictly be proven seems futile to me. It just seemed like you were exposing your hand and giving the perpetrator tips on how to evade detection the next time.

This is why the dude has the guts to keep trying everybody here all the time and crying everywhere that he is being wronged.

In another thread on here I totally bombarded the OP with my irritations at his behaviour which led to the other posters getting annoyed with me. Not because I didnt have a point, but because of my tendency towards being too forceful with my argument to the point where the dude also got angry and refused to answer me anymore. Such is what is going on here.

Not everybody is going to see what you are seeing straight away. The mods who he is appealing to are also human beings and there is more than one element at play here. He is only doling out the facts (mostly based on speculation) without taking note of the other aspects in a wider context. This is partly why he is not being taken seriously, even though he has not been banned or intimidated off the site either.

We know that Nigeria partly operates on particular notions which are sometimes overemphasised to the point of negatively impacting how we handle problems. Its wrong, but thats just how it is EOD. Some of this fracas could have been avoided if he had calmed down and observed some of the dynamics of this case, some of which I pointed out earlier even though he does not see the importance of it:

- We live in a society in which

-People are always afraid of being scammed or conned, to the point of being hyper-vigilant and overly wary of others
- Our law enforcement is failing woefully, [/b]which is why people often indulge in jungle justice without knowing the full facts and sometimes get it [b] totally wrong
- Corruption is an entrenched reality, and
(a) People are so used to it that they are sometimes sluggish or not as bothered about it as they should be, due to "I cannot come and kee mysef" mentality
(b) though it must be dealt with, cases must also be examined from all sides before taking action because they are sensitive and at times a lot of people are relying on the "format" to keep body and soul together. Which will sometimes scupper any attempts at enforcing corrective measure. This is why his "multiple monickers" defence is not working.
-Due to the feeling that we are somewhat powerless and at the mercy of the faulty system people are constantly engaging in minor power tussles and will actively refuse to do what you recommend if they feel that they have been disrespected in any way, even if they can see that you have a point
- Lack of employment opportunity means that more naive and unexperienced people are beginning to venture into agriculture, so they may seem as if they are moving suspiciously when they are just genuinely mistaken, like OP here.
- Because of all this, there is a high tendency to defer to both the "man-know-man" and "I be your mate?" paradigms rather than being totally impersonal when dealing with affairs

This conflict is partially affected by social dynamic and psychological intrigue.

- Healthserve has appealed to all those emotions that I alluded to earlier, which we have been complaining about until we finally got him to stop. In fact the only reason he got nabbed on that was because he was overzealous in it by replying to every single mention off-point and wailing and complaining when we can all see that Pistotita was correct. But he has not annoyed people as much as Pistotita has. This has been his saving grace.

- Pistotita has aggressively pursued his campaign and to some extent, to his own detriment. He has alienated some of the people who should be taking it seriously through his "shaking tables" technique. How can you shake a table that almost everybody is sitting on?

- Jumping prematurely to point out the flaws in somebody's posts will only appeal to some people. Some other people will equally find it irritating or see you as "over-sabi", especially when your accusation turns out to be wrong and it leads to the thread being derailed as it has been here

If you keep ranting, insulting and pissing people off, and getting your posts deleted due to your pugilistic nature, where then lies the usefulness of your discovery?

I personally think he should have kept a lot of this behind the scenes/ become more subtle or "underground", especially when it became clear that

- Uboma was not going to take the case further, either because he does not have the power to so, he is too personally irritated or offended by Pistotita's conduct to do anything, he believes that he has already dealt with the matter accordingly or maybe (I SAID MAYBE OH) he is implicated in it somewhere (as he has previously been accused, though he provided evidence that debunked that possibility, for the most part)

- The bigcowhorn/easternprince, Khia/khiaa dichotomies were beginning to distract from the main narrative. Even if he is right the rule is not currently being enforced strongly enough to indict anybody; the healthserve issue was his main purpose but he ended up roping other people into the stuff which was not necessary. He is telling us not to be distracted but still distracting from his own point by trying to kill so many birds with one stone in the name of highlighting a "pattern". But this particular pattern is not robust enough to cause any real wahala

Pistotita should be more realistic. Even if what he is saying is true, his "bull-in-a-china-shop" method is too frenetic to deal with the sensitive matter at hand.

A few months or even a few years later the website will get hacked, critically malfunction or blacklisted by goggle and you're done, years of hard work gone. If you complain you're dead: he'll go all out to give you hell and defame your name if you're a person of repute. Till this day its so hard to get the mods to understand that this guy is the same person behind over 20 monikers! When called out with the evidence of one particular website he runs anonymously, he'll say this other moniker is his sister, the other one his cousin that's why they are linked to the website! Can you believe that crap? The mods do.. The super-mode Dominique alone is responsible for wiping out over 10 monikers operated by the guy including his two primary monikers (Prince.Ogun and Copper.jay)... this happened in a small war with a popular NL crime-fighter known as FUN.LORD who based his evidence on the findings of Eze.2000 the year before. Still this guy keeps coming back. He currently operates 4 monikers I know of (Sicillian.mafia, Vend.obobo, Vend.0b0bo and Edo.Nation(f)..) but these have been unusually quiet for 3 months now, which means there are others! This is one guy that creates new monikers just to attack you and accuse you falsely. He accuse other webmasters of fraud to destroy their image leaving his business as one of the few you must patronize if want a website built cheaply and quickly... only he's using corrupted files that will destroy all your hard work later! I've been tracking this guy for over 1 year and it's so hard to keep up.

The moniker using it was a pro scammer and stalker know as PrinceOgun/Copperjay. Both have monikers have been banned for life but I believe he's still active here under a new moniker.
