Allow me recommend a trick

Open multiple pro-cent accounts and run the bots on them. Or while using the bots on a percent account, with the aid of your workstation ( VPS + Trade copier ) duplicate the positions using these setup onto your standard account. And enjoy the massive benefits

BTW, FX isn't about speed but consistency, little but gradual accumulation or you try to scale-up your funds on the account
Many thanks Sir

As someone who doesn't own a single property in naija but heavily invested in t bills, I still feel you guys are in a better scenario just incase the economy finally bursts.

At least with a house you're safe from homelessness, inflation risks etc.

My greatest fear is that all this money I'm carrying around could vanish if Nigeria goes Zimbabwe.

But properties are just damn too expensive.
Why not convert half of your naira to dollar, it’s still a good option because once naira is devaluated you’ll still make gains. I won’t advise one to have all savings in naira.

Yea usually most girls occupy the place on an average period of 1 to 3 months.
Power is provided for them but limited to one bulb per room.

No matter the situation in Nigerian men will always find where to relax.

Initially it cost up to this and even more but once a rapport is established with the unit in control of the area then na money for the road matter.

Thanks, I'm currently pumping some into stanbic dollars, monitoring it, once it makes sense, I'll divide the funds into two parts , the fgn bonds for 5 years and the rest will go to d dollar fund.

My coupon payments will be used to build a house

All my other investments will stay put in Europe.

FGN bond what are the risks involve? What is the minimum amount one can invest? Do you also reinvest your interest if you want?

At expiration of rent you only need to give him 7 days notice. The expiration of rent is deem a notice in the instance. Reality check, argument in court might last longer than 7 days but you are to give 7 days and not months as erroneously propounded by most lawyers. You only issue quit notice if rent has not expired

This is not a blanket application.

It applies only to fixed tenancies.

If Tunde pays you YEARLY and has lived in your house for 5 years, will you give him just 7 days notice if his last rent expires in 31st december? Assuming you don't like him anymore?

So he will look for apartment within the 7 days?

I don't expect you to understand this though as it's a tad recondite.

I won't argue this further.

read supreme court judgement Iheanacho v uzochukwu (1997) 2 N.W.L.R (PT. 487) 257 AT 268-270 AND ALSO ALSO AYINKE STORES LTD V. ADEBOGUN (2008) 10 NWLR (PT. 1069)612. COURT OF APPEAL JUDGEMENT ON SPLINTERS (NIG) LTD V. OASIS FINANCE LTD (2013) 18 N.W.L.R. (PT. 1385) 188 AT 220. Its deemed that u have a notice from the day of tenancy as you knew its epiration date, u don't need another notice when you knew all along that your rent will expire. the 7 days notice is for recovery of property and not a notice to quit. I will equally argue less as am not a lawyer but i understand written English. Effluxion of time is a quit notice serve from inception. Tunde should have discussed his continued stay before the expiration.

before now, i believe this but i now know after my last week experience that the said six months is for a tenant whose tenancy has not elapse and not an illegal occupant. i stated courts judgements so its not my ideas

I pray so o. But one needs a sustainable job to keep body & soul together B4 then. Working one ass out as a teacher here on a salary of 15k. Imagine, in my education field. Yet, one clueless govt agent TRCN demands like 11k to licence me as a professional teacher.
It's so pathetic the situation we found ourselves in this country. My cousins wife was also paid 15k per month in a sch despite graduating with a 1st class from the university. I was so happy when my cousin finally took her abroad. This kind of pay is highly demoralizing and kills the morale in students having learnt that their teacher is a 1st class graduate teaching them with such a meagre salary. A similar incidence happened to a senior friend who graduated with a 1st class in Pet Engineering from UI and got PTDF to study MSC Pet Engineering from Imperial College, London and also graduated with Distinction there. The guy declined tke job offer he got in UK upon graduation and returned to Nigeria, that God asked him to go back home. On getting to Naija, the guy couldn't get a decent job but had to resort to a teaching job in a school. The students he was teaching was shocked to hear that he is a 1st class graduate from UI, he said he cant even let them know that he is a UK Distinction graduate as well. This kind of situation can demoralise students. Anyway, I was so happy for him when he finally landed a job with ExxonMobil. We really need to pray for this country and encourage students to also build other sellable skills while in sch that can make them independent and job creator.

Kindly explain the highlighted and

1.Does it mean that a yearly Tenant cannot have days or weeks in arrears before renewing his/her rent?

2. If faced with such a situation that is i have been responsible with the payment of my rent over the years and a day after the recent expiration of rent am issued with 7 days notice what do you advice?

I use robotic software (EA) and it has been very impressive, the daily return is low(around 10-20% monthly but it's consistent), it works only on brokers that allow pro-Cent account, not standard account so the risk is reduced. Also PAMM with authorised & regulated brokers is good with minimal risk

Pls what's the name and how can I get this EA?

Still functioning. Just got 112 days secondary for 6% a few minutes ago at 11:35. This is 11:40 now. I had another option for 63 days at 5%.
What I did, I took the phone number of the person that received my filled form because at the time I filled there was none available. So from time to time I kept calling from time to time to prompt the person to check, don't forget they are also busy and won't remember to do that for you without the very polite prompting.
My experience in life is that simple cordiality and respect gets things done.
