There have been a blackout im my area for over 24 hrs.

I thought the strike has been suspended already.

Power gini.
In my area, all powers now belong to God o.
They went on strike, we didn't notice cos there was no light just the regular monkeys that carry ladder upandan to cut wire
They came back from strike, its the same thing.

It's a grid collapse.
But it's been restored gradually, and discos will later get signal from NCC to hook up.

So far, only @aedcelectricity (that is Abuja) have hooked on. Others will follow....

The funny thing is that even before the strike or national grid failure, we've not had light for a few days now. When I logged on to twitter and saw NEPA trending, I thought it was for something positive, but it wasn't. I even laughed when I saw that they were on strike because it made no difference when they weren't.
I'll continue burning fuel daily as usual.

Just imagine how a whole nation with the continent's largest population depends on a single source for power supply.

And i know normally they will come to my flat to request for Money to PUMP Water .... !!!!

As a sharp Guy i be ...... i comot yesterday evening .... before they came back from work .....

when i came back ... when everybody do go work !!! ...... Water don dey rush !!!

Grid collapse ke? I thought they went on strike because of greed-collapse.

National grid is down,those stupid people should know that the system will collapse if they don’t distribute light

No,fuel still dey gen from last night so no qualms.7 pm has always been gen putting on time for years we usually don't have light in the evenings ,just mornings when i have gone to work and at night when i am asleep sometimes they will not bring it at night sef.
