EFCC goes about rounding up innocent students and tag them fraudsters, then our typical brain-dead bloggers would post the story on cyberspace.

The future is bleak, we are breeding a generation of fraudsters and think its cute, when whitie nor pay again they will turn on their own people. Its happening already sef.

Boys are into yahoo yahoo. Girls are into runs. An average SS2 girl in Owerri has slept with at least 4 men (To be fair ooo).

No young person wants to work. All they want is quick money. A time will come when artisans won't see who to teach work again because nobody wants to learn work.

Operatives of the EFCC, on Friday, December 13, 2019, arrested 29 suspected internet fraudsters, better known as Yahoo Yahoo Boys in three different locations in Owerri, the Imo State capital.

The haul included a 16-year-old undergraduate. The suspects, who are believed to have used different pseudo names to defraud their unsuspecting victims, were arrested following intelligence and three days surveillance on their hideouts in Bishops Courts’ Malo Lodge, Umuagu Mbieri and King David’s Suite in Owerri. No to Yahoo Yahoo, friends shouldn't celebrate or emulate ill gotten money, ladies shouldn't leave hardworking honest guys for them, parents shouldn't praise them and make non yahoo parents feel inferior, siblings should openly reject their actions. No to yahoo yahoo

Still it rubbish they use the money for. Funniest thing is they love creating Bill's for them self. Claiming I got Bill's to pay. Who give you bill, u never marry you dey wan live duplex.

No work my brother, I'm a graduate and I'm yet to secure a good job. What about those who don't have any mean of catering for themselves and their old looking frail parents. Crime is bad but man must chop o. Blame the government and the dilapidated rugged system

and petition EFCC headquarters.

EFCC does not request nor collect bail.
The guy probably don't know the meaning of bail.

If he indeed paid such money, then he bribed an officer to be set free and that is not a bail.

EFCC charges suspects to court and the court sets bail condition which is supervised by the court.
No money is paid to EFCC.

It's a well-known fact that they're not really catching guys for the crime. The major reason why they go after these guys is to extort them. They use the yahoo boys to make money. Some guys even have their own informants in EFCC and SARS who provide them with information of which areas they'll be raiding, and the informants are paid monthly salaries by these guys.
A yahoo guy who was duped by his fellow yahoo guy can pay and 2 SARS guys will be assigned to him to arrest the yahoo guy that duped him. Happened to my neighbor. In the end, each of the SARS guys got 150k.

The entire system is messed up

They arrest innocent guys too. In Owerri, they'll raid an entire building and arrest all the young guys and if you're innocent, you'll still pay to be released. I'm a freelance web developer but everyday I'm afraid if I get arrested. It's easier if you have a brick-and-mortar business. At least you can show them where you make money from. They believe everyone who makes money from their laptop is an internet fraudster

Stop beating ur chest on what u don't know.. EFCC collects money from made men not these small small boys managing to buy car of 2m plus.. It's not official and it's not bail. It's settlement. It all goes down separately from the court bail conditions. Totally separate and different.
