As a seller, if you're having difficulties with shipment, especially on ebay items, it's best to provide tracking number so that the clients can see themselves. It saves all the back and forth, let buyer be tracking it themselves.

If you buy on eBay very well, try to check the seller's location and if it's China be rest assured that the earliest you can get your item is 3 months or more. Especially if the item would be first shipped to US before coming to Nigeria...

Shinner2010, I'll advice you let those patronizing you know that even before placing order for them so that they'll be prepared to wait longer. Or ask them to look for similar item with seller in the US.

That's called buyers purchased protection. Seems he don't know how to go about it that's why he ignored you.

Though i don't know any of this moniker, and am not taking side with anyone, but i don't like the terms you used by saying I have promised to help you contact the seller are you not the one that placed the order? he paid you for that service, any risk that occurs is for you, all what he needs is to get his item he paid for, what you need to do is to plead with him to be patient with you, that you are sorting it out by reaching out to the seller and if eventually you did not get the item at a specific time, he has all the right to get his full refund. My opinion, am meant to be corrected, though.

Actually, boss, Shiner 'helped' to place the order, with the link that the buyer brought. Shinner doesn't know the Chinese seller any issues with the shipment is not to be blamed on Shinner, but on the buyer and the Chinese seller.
If the seller doesn't deliver, it's not shinner's fault, since it wasn't him that brought the link to the item.

So, yeah, Shinner is right to say that he would 'help contact the seller', to know what's causing the delay, especially since 2 out 4 items (probably different sellers) have been delivered.
