Guys, I have one prayer point for you guys. Pray that SCC {29} doesn't rate your call. Either you get 2 or 3. The note on it is always: Wrong format for numbers below 10.
So you too dey complain about a rater huh? Professor emeritus of QA grin grin. What about this
This is a big lie. Tell us what exactly what you did wrong. You won't get better with this "your self justification".

I got a call where the customer speaks french and she requested for an interpreter which the rep got for her. Are we allowed to transcribe such calls? How do I label it? Thanks in Advance.

Yes. The interpreter would be labeled as the customer.

I transcribed a call yesterday that the customer is a Nigerian, Igbo woman precisely. The son seems to be an extravagant person, so the mum was telling the rep to also include her email or phone number, so she can be getting update as well. She said she wants to teach the son how to be responsible. The woman was just tearing Igbo any how with the son while the call was going on. "Chukwuma, bia denye email address gi nga" was one of the conversations. Working with QA can be real fun sometimes. grin grin grin. The call was supposed to be 11.3 minutes, but the actual valid conversation lasted just for 8.4 minutes. The remaining part of the call was left for the son and mum to speak in the background.

Thank you so much. Another question, when the rep says "Ask her so so" Should i type that, Ask her. Same with when the translator say "She said,"? Or should I transcribe everything said by both of them?

If I were in your shoes, I would transcribe as a direct conversation.

This is wrong.
Check the FAQ rule for fractions. It should be, "Two and a half grand".

If you want to know how Efosa and others hit the huge minutes weekly? Its simply planning their time and being disciplined with it. Take it as a full time job and also standby light. If you want to work 10-15 hours a day? Do it. create a work schedule and stick with it no matter what, that's discipline.

Nice comment, I'm impressed. cool

It's very confusing a grand is $1000. 2 grand is $2000 we agree on that. What of two and a half grand is it $2500 or? QA is very strict on its monetary value rule... If it was half a grand then that's obviously $500 if person go write "half a grand" there nah mark down straight make {30} come be rater again

It's a monetary value, $2500. All specific monetary values are in numerals, even if it was mentioned fraction.
