The issue now is the guy is so scared of going for the operation, I want to know first the likely cost of such operations, any side effect, any alternative to the operations. Any suggestion is welcomed.

Pls don't tell me that this is not hospital, we have exhausted our knowledge that's why I'm asking for suggestions from people that might have seen such cases and how it was handled.

1. Under each area area of skin and several other organ in the body has a fatty subcutaneous layer, were fat collects. Minor, and very negligible trauma may cause abnormal proliferation of fat in that area.

2. Genetic factors. Certain people are more predisposed to this tumours than others. For the genetics folks, it will be rearrangement in chromosome 12.

There is nothing to be scared of, 500g of tumor was removed from my right breast and I was discharged that same day, went to the hospital after two weeks to remove the bandage. It's simplest surgery one can undergo. Let him budget a maximum of 150k (general hospital).

Could be an osteochondroma or even sarcoma. Less likely to be a lipoma.

See a general surgeon, get it excised and send for excisional biposy. There’s really no other alternative.
