This same thing could equally happen to the guy if he listed the name at your darling epik. A troll is a troll. Quit condemning people's business for things that aren't their fault. Not good.

As for the early payment, Dan equally does that. Not limited to epik.

For the gurus in d house....I dont know if anyone has noticed this:there are some hot keywords with Geo of more than 100k population still roaming around deleted compound for more 1 to 5 years.
Pls,why have they not been taken since?They are hot keywords such as Homes,Hotels,Apartment etc

Has anyone had the experience of selling the plural of a domain to someone else who has it in singular; service/services?

Las las, I'll just look into developing these domains I have and maybe earn momey from parking, because this outbounding can be exhausting

I have handled transfers myself by sending the auth code to the buyer and supply dan also the Auth code only when I am very sure I know the buyer of the domain.

I realized sometimes buyers receive the mails from dan in their spam hence the challenge for buyers to apply authcode given from dan.

So make sure both routes are fed well.

When the transfer is complete, tell buyer to notify dan the transfer is complete. If he says he hasn’t been receiving messages from dan, tell him to check his spam mail.
