God bless you sir

Not really. Last time I took drugs was around April and the swollen part is still there plus headaches and nostrils pain. And catarrh isn't frequent as before. Please what can I do to these headaches and nostrils pain. I only feel normal for five minutes whenever I woke
At what age did you start experiencing this?
Do you have problem with allergy?
Rather, list those things you are allergic to.

Like, do you observe that certain things or environment could worsen your catarrh drops and the face pains?

I understand doc but I still ask will this ever get better?

And smoking includes weed right?
By all consultation, if you treat it very well following course and duration, it will get better.

Avoid all forms of smoking(act).

Can't really say the exact age but its been years. By April next year, I will be 26. Maybe 16, can't say for sure

Hmm, am allergic to cold, dust, and excess fan (always notice the swell becoming bigger and headaches somehow increases whenever am under fan). And seconds under sun usually make the headaches condition worse

Hello docs , I have a cousin(male ,28) experiencing gonorrhea( a milky coloured pores coming from the tip of his sex organ anytime GE presses it). So, we believed it to be gonorrhea..he called me yesterday that he is still experiencing pains(not like it was earlier though) since a week ago. I asked him what he's been using and he sent via SMS :
Ciprotab 500mg ;
Doxycycline ;and
Metro ;

The above-listed was suggested to him by his friend that had experienced it.

But just started using them 4-5days ago.

According to quite a number of friends , "Gonorrhea is not a big deal ."

Is gonorrhea supposed to be this tough OR it's a normal proceeding and that he should give it time ? Is there anything he has left out or leaving out of the combination to aid his quick relief?

Neisseria gonorrhea the causative agent to Gonococcal urethritis is a tough one on males. That organism understood how lengthy the male urethral is, takes time to narrow it over and causes pains on the neck of the bladder.
When it gets to the female and couldn't find same urethral length, it got angry and turn over to her fallopian tubes. So, females never cry like babies on trying to pee like the males.

Though the medication are alright, why the combination?

Consider this as a management and shouldn't substitute your seeing a doctor for proper review. With respect to all the facts you have so far presented, I would advise you to seek a doctor's prescription to:
1) Corticosteroid spray: to manage your allergy.
2) Antihistamines
3) Antibiotics
4) Use of Acetaminophen.

Your condition will improve with a combination of any three from these four.

You may need to:
1) Learn to keep a dust free environment.
2) Put on a nosemask should you find yourself in a dusty environment.
3) Take warm bath especially in the morning.
4) Reduce your use of fan
5) use a warm compressor on face, apply gently to avoid causing you pains. I would advice a paracetamol is used before doing this or even after the spray.

Thank you for the quick response and analysis, doc. I understand clearly now. Since the medications are alright ,then he only needs to wait it out till it clears...which combination sir? I Only asked ,in case we are not on track ,hence time taken. Thank you once again

To treat a non-complicated Gonococcal urethritis with combination of Ciprofloxacin, Doxycycline and then Metronidazole is just an exhibition of poor antibiotics stewardship. Also, it is not reasonable enough to put in prescription both bacterio-statics and -cidals even though the end justify the means.

Though you might just be right, but I will be well pleased if you have any reason, proof or documents to confirm your assertion.
Why rheumatoid arthritis, and no other arthritic causes?

Also, which treatment have you being on to ease your comfort before now?
hmmm honestly I just observe I must have to take pain killer s like ibrumol etc.had to take 400mg ,because of the muscle swelling and pains that won't allow me walk for weeks ...That became a serious addiction on me but thankngod I over came that via prayers and perseverance.i am very allergic to cold weather and get reactions from weather time after time .I haven't been able to go for any test st the hospital but going by observations and testimonies and from people here and there ...I can affirm that this long age troubles in my legs wrists and waist are all rheumatoid.IBRUBROFEN, TABAMOL AND GENERAL 400MG PAINKILLERS HAV EBEEN MY SUCCOR ALL TIS WHILE .BUT IBHAVE NIW RESOLVED TO GET THIS THING OVER WITH FIR GOOD

Hi Sir 2Ballz.

Thank you for all you are doing for humanity.

Please i have this pain at my upper back. It is centralized at the back sport but most times moves to the left side of the back. Then to the right too.

It hurts like it is getting to my head and often times, i desire to lie face down and have people match my back and i hear some bone sounds as they match like the sounds that come when i press singer joints.

I have tested fro H-pyllori and it isnt. Some say it is muscle spasms. I have gone for a physio session just once and got relief for just a day.

I am beginning to get worried

First thing first, you must need know from your doctor if the babies are doing okay. Thats what matter most for the now. If your babies in utero are doing fine you should be rest assured that it will only take some days to week to have them out provided your EDD is properly approximated. Talking about your EDD, kindly make a rough catch of when it should be just to know if you haven't been erring on it. Should it is okay especially from your doctor's perspective then you still need to be relax.
Some delay happens with no special explanation to it. I would advised you stuck with your doctor's plan till at most 1-2 weeks for something to happen, else other choice of management will be up headed for you.

Lunah:
Hello Doctor.
I need your advice on this.
A patient came for her antiretroviral drug refill. I collected her folder and got stained with her spills of her blood from the folder has she just left the lab were she went for a test.
Went I noticed, I washed my hands and used a hand sanitizer.
Told my colleagues what happened and they said its no big deal. Truth is I'm worried.
What do you think?
Though by training one is to presume all samples from a pathologic lab are infectious,if the stain on you were for a short time or immediately seen after the mishap and a proper rinse was done, you really have nothing to worry about especially if the spilled weren't on an injury or lesion on your skin. It is not easy for viruses to surpass natural barriers in a jiffy, except for a rough edge a virus will bail out.

Just be careful next time.

You have had a chronic cough for 4years, why haven't you seen a doctor to know what could be wrong anywhere?
What are the symptoms of Sensory Neuropathic Cough that so much suits your present predicament?

The tropics is an endemic zone for Malaria. It would be unfair not to have just a plasmodium spp in blood.

Just the upper back to shoulder pains?
Massage the region of complaint, does the muscle appear stiff?
Do you find nodding or rotating your neck difficult thing to do?

Thank you sir,

I have been on medication for the past years, test like TB (3), x-ray (2), blood samples have been taking for testing, I have undergone treatments like Asthma, allergies, reflux disease all of this at the general hospital.

Symptoms - http://laryngopedia.com/sensory-neuropathic-cough/
https://www.bastianvoice.com/video-gallery-of-throat-disorders/cancer/coughing-that-wont-go-away-sensory-neuropathic-cough-part-2/

This is just a personal research i did for a person who has been coughing for years, no weight loss, good immune system and one thing is i still sometimes have cough and Carter + the coughing.

I am only asking to know? I cough at any given time.
And i don't think this medicine is sold over the counter (Amitriptyline, tramadol, Gabapentin)
