Firstly, if its Chinese version it should be sealed, then is shouldn't come on requiring a password. A dispute is the only way forward.
Hope you did a video while opening & turning it on, that would go make your case get processed faster

you got a used phone bro.Open dispute fast.God will help you.Hongkong goldway shop has very poor customer service.I got my rn5 from them,they installed beta version on it.For so long i had to suffer by updating regularly cos of the persistent notifications u will be sent almost hourly.

sure, what m tryn to say is, cant u overlook the notification or do u ve certain impluses of clearing anything hanging on ur notification bar? U can fix such issues by switching off notification coming from that very app simply by holding that particular notification to view option or rather u can always flash a different rom.

lol..i don't leave any notifications,i like that area clear.I guess it's my OCD at play.I am scared of flashing roms and co, don't want to brick my device.

sorry about this. The seller obviously was in the process of flashing global rom and didn't prefect it, maybe outta human memory thing.

Open dispute and get necessary evidences uploaded.
He'll respond once dispute is on. Don't ignore him to retaliate . Explore his suggestions to ensure smooth resolution. Dispute judgements are not the best everytime.

You can actually use your phone like every other phone without doing all that. Those things you mentioned (except boobsloader) its bootloader, are for people who simply want more from their devices.
