I didn't say eating alone, I talk based on facts. Try and see.

Stay out of the sun, eat right, take enough water and lastly, exfoliate regularly and see if you won't get lighter and fresher.

This bleaching epidemic is embarrassing.

A leopard cannot change its spots. No matter how you bleach, you can never be white. Your skin will either return to its original colour or become damaged.

you might be right but I did say you are wrong. For it to happen, you need some things to boost it..it is in the blood. The soap, cream we use changes the skin color. I have mixed friends whom their mom happens to be black and dad white.. From their infant stage ,I can tell you some appeared darker but as they grow older, their skin becomes lighter.This is because of the type of body lotion they use.

If you are black, you are black. Even the few Hispanic girls I have dated, they might have a light skin but there are a few parts of their body where you see dark shades. Perhaps, maybe the lotion they use on their body did not touch there or it is just nature taken its place because the black blood still flows in them..
