Have you guys seen the news about Estonia changing some of their laws?! You should check it and be certain before you start spending all your money. They actually want to remove their post study opportunities too. It's not in full effect yet but it's scary. If this is the case, then I'll shift focus to Germany.

EXACTLY MY POINT....

Lol...

Have you seen Germany's new law for Nigerians... Now you have to write Testas if you want to fall into category A for Msc. Also, waiting time to get an appointment date for Nigerians is now 10-12 months after applying to the embassy. Furthermore, you have to pay the 4.2m into your blocked account before going to the embassy.

I think they're all in this...

I think it's compulsory to submit it, atleast to increase your chances of getting admitted

Don't know about PTE but IELTS is kind of easy, just practice past questions as much as possible

I would say IELTS is easier to pass. PTE is 100% computer based and many of their exam centers in Nigeria experience technical problems.
But the good thing about PTE is that you can register, write and get your score in just 3 days, while IELTS takes about a month.

Please what can u do in this

My school doesn’t give certificate till after convocation and the next convocation is in 2021. How can I get certificate for completion of my undergraduate when applying for masters program which is one of the requirements?

Is it possible to use my testimony during application or it’s a must I use my graduation certificate?

Tell your school to send official copy of your statement of result directly to the University. This is more important than your certificate. Whether you have your certificate on hand or not, you would still do this for University of Tartu.

Thanks for the response. My question is that what can I use during application for admission?

Can I use testimonial which is usually given when going for nysc

Do you get my question?

Thanks in anticipation

Use your statement of result or testimonial if that's what you call it.

I don't think it has to be super comprehensive (remembering you have limited number of words to write). One full paragraph should do.

Look at a topic related to course you want to study. Write how passionate you're about the topic, and what outcome and impact you think it would make to you, the university, the department, and/or Nigeria and/or Estonia when you finished that research work.
