Xander85,

As you can see, it clearly says " Enyimba Economic City Development Company Limited is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) company of Private Sector Investors, Abia State Government, Federal Government of Nigeria that is solely managed by the private sector."

This statement accurately explains the whole project. Read the statement and focus on the last line. I think my point has been made. This is a private project with private investors.

My only problem is the Fg. They will look for one excuse to stop this company from achieving their targets

OFFICIAL TIMELINE For Enyimba Economic City Phase 1 construction has just been realeased

This is for all those people who think the project won’t happen.

June 2020 is the project flag off for phase 1. Visit their website:

[s] It can't work. It won't work. All Igbo states are independent of one another and have their seperate aspirations and means of getting there.
Who is this goat?

Now let me tell you something Mr goat, the aku lu uno call of governor Obiano which is part of the grand strategy of SEREDEC is already producing fruitful results.

United Nations on migration observed that the Nigerians in diaspora remittance inflows into the Nigeria economy is in a range of between 15 to 22 billion dollars yearly (depending the years in reference) and South Easterners rep close to 60% of that inflows.

Once they come up with a SEREDEC sovereign Bond or other types of asset class and the awareness created sufficiently under these time tested Igbo sons at the helm, almost 100% of Igbos in diaspora will buy into it.

.... also, there are some indications that the diasporan Nigerians and their remittance inflows are inter-generational.
