This is pathetic.. .. so sorry my brother!
I will suggest you use an immigration lawyer from Ireland to file your case.. they will give more attention than when you write to them. am sure it will come out positive.

[That's a good one but use an Irish based immigration lawyer when appealing. It will definitely cost you some cash but you will come out rejoicing. I think it's better you spend cash and win your case than being banned. My opinion anyway.
A friend of mine used a Canadian immigration lawyer to appeal for an application similar to yours but in Canada.. Her application was reviewed the second time and visa was issued.

You need facts to fight this, 1st thing to do is

Defer your admission offer ,

request for your Visa application record / history from ukvi (Google ukvi compliant)

Then send an appeal to the Irish embassy

Sorry you have to go through this.

Very good bro.... that's just the basic truth.. you are on point. Exactly what I suggested

quote author=abuhusna1 post=85100697]
If you didn't apply then you have a good case but you can't do it yourself get an immigration lawyer help you out the will overturn then ban and probably get ve you your visa moreso the lawyer needs to talk to UK immigration to know why they put in another refusal in your file when you applied only once please don't give up [/quote]

When booking on booking.com chose the kne that has pay at the property but you will still need your card to book it so when you get to the hotel you finalise your pay on that day

I had a UK visit refusal in March (21/3/2019) and I submitted the letter (this was acknowledged by the VO), then he went further to say I didn't declare my recent refusal in September (21/9/2019) and because I only declared 1 instead of 2 refusals, its deception.

Meanwhile I've only been refused once and that's March, since then I didn't apply for any other visa until November 28 for Ireland

Wow, so this is how unstructured Ireland visa application is... smh.

ICaSNg:

[s]What is the least amount of money that should be in a sponsors account?
[/s] Sort out 2 and 3 first, else pursue the UK jeje

2.Must the sponsor be directly related to me? YES coupled with evidence proving this link.

3. Can I use only my own statement of account if I have the required amount? YES + proof of how you got the money , your source of income, person who sent it to you, how you are related, their source of income.

Thanks ICaSNg. Please must I write an English test before processing my visa application or can I still get my visa even without writing any English test?

Thanks for the anticipated response. I appreciate.

Yes Boss. Its a compulsory requirement for visa application but then not all schools require it for an admission offer to be issued.

Cheers

Was the Visa application refused? If its refused, that means you didn't satisfy the VO in your application with the type of visa you applied for.

My brother e no easy, through dafe.ie, I managed to secure a viewing for the weekend I'll arrive. The others just lock up immediately i mention NIGERIA. That name is wonderful, At international level, it closes door. For casual scenarios, if you ask me, I'll say Africa. Some white even think I'm from the Caribbean and they respond better, I couldn't bear to open mouth and say EH, ITS NIGERIA. That one sounds great, I really love Jack Sparrow, pirate of the Caribbean sea, lol.
