The rate at which MMF yields are spiraling downwards is alarming. ARM MMF is 9.71% while StanbicIBTC MMF 8.78 today angry

....will TB rates go up in the new year? Or this is as a result of panic or festivities in the air?

Stanbic Bank IBTC has the most incompetent mutual funds..Lousy/lazy fellas..Those interested in opening, you better go do FBN mutual funds

What ever choice you make, dont just use Stanbic IBtc...Cos it will take them a lifetime to set up the account and when you do, it becomes an uphil task to fund the account even when yiu have the money to do so..

So sorry. Never really had any serious issue with them for about 2 years now.
I funded my account at 11pm yesterday and by 3pm this afternoon it was reflecting in my account.

All I know about the account opening is it takes atlease 24hrs or less to open but funding is not an issue as long as you follow the instructions on funding . Which is using ur E acc number as reference/narration of the transfer.

Funding before 12pm . Hits it acc Same day.

It’s a general issue. Hopefully, it’d be resolved soon.

For the pin, you must have set it up while registering on the app. It’s usually five numbers. Try to remember.
