please I have a couple of questions.

1. Please can a freshly graduate of college of nursing school November or December 2019
Get to the UK and get a job 2020
2. Can you work and complete your bsn nursing in one year
3. Can you go to the UK to do the 1 year nursing rn to bsc on campus and be working as a nurse.

In summary please I want to go to the UK to obtain my bsn nursing in 1 year and still be working and save some money somehow while doing it....I dont just dont want to go to the UK and do bsn nursing and come back like that i have a sponsor to the UK and even for the bsn nursing course.
My target is to obtain my bsn nursing in the UK in one 1 and be working while doing it to save some money too of my own...because the bsn nursing will make me eligible for the four 4 years MD(MBBS) course in Philippines....

1. Yes by following the registration steps on NMC UK website https://www.nmc.org.uk/registration/joining-the-register/register-nurse-midwife/trained-outside-the-eueea/new-application/.

2. If you follow the processes and get your Tier 2 visa then you can study on it though I doubt you will be able to complete it in a year because you are working full time.

3. If you choose the student route, you have to still follow the registration steps above before you can practise and afterwards switch to Tier 2 (work visa), because the Tier 4 visa wont allow you to work full time during school period.

My advise is follow the registration process,
A. pass IELTS and CBT;
B. Start searching for jobs (you can DIY or get a FREE agent to help)
C. Do all the required documentation
D. Once you get a job offer apply for Tier 2
E. Pass OSCE (2nd stage exam in the UK)

After that you can start searching for schools to study and some may charge you home student fees and not international fees. The nurses here can guide you better.

IN TOO DEEP Screaming girl, 6, ‘sucked into swimming pool pump and left trapped for three hours in agony’ on Costa del Sol holiday

A SIX-YEAR-OLD girl was sucked into a swimming pool pump and left trapped for three hours in agony while on holiday in Costa del Sol, her family claim.

Terrified Zara Clarkson desperately had to keep her head above water for hours as firefighters armed with jackhammers smashed through the pool's concrete wall to free her.

Zara had her arm badly damaged in the pool side incident at Costa del Sol
Zara Clarkson's arm was sucked into the pool while she swam while on a family holiday

The little girl's arm has since swollen three times its normal size - with doctors fearing she could have suffered blood poisoning from the suction.

Dad Zack, 46, of Manchester, said: "Zara was panicking and screamed out ‘daddy the pool is sucking me and it won’t stop'.

"Something with that kind of suction would have easily pulled a smaller child under the water and they would have been killed."

Zack said his instinct had been to drag his daughter’s arm out but he stopped knowing this risked causing even greater damage.

Instead, he stayed "cheek to cheek" with Zara keeping her calm as emergency services attempted to saw open the pool’s drainage system.

[b]Zara was panicking and screamed out ‘daddy the pool is sucking me and it won’t stop'

Dad Zack Clarkson
He said: "She is a brave little kid but of course, but it has had an effect on her, she is really upset and has told us she never wants to go swimming again."

The dad and daughter were enjoying their first family holiday at the luxury villa in Estepona with Zara’s twin sister Lucy and their mum Claire, 42, having only brought the property in the Villas de Santa Maria at Christmas.

But the trip was ruined as little Zara became stuck on Friday, with dramatic images showing the poolside patio torn up circular saws and drills used by emergency services.

Zack added: "I am a tough lad but my first thought was to go to the corner of the pool and have a quiet sob.

Zara’s mum Claire added: "It was unbearable, I felt helpless and just wanted her out."

Doctors now fear that the force of the suction may have forced toxins to be released into Zara’s bloodstream.

It had been claimed in respected local newspaper Diario Sur that the pump switch was turned off at the time of the incident but Zack denied it
[b]
The Sun has contacted the villa for comment.

Mum Claire said she felt helpless as she watched her little girl get sucked into the pool filter
Zara's arm was left badly damaged
Emergency crews used drill hammers to get the little girl
It took emergency services hours to get the little girl out
Zara was tested by docs who feared she could have suffered kidney damage

The best way to achieve delight by living in the UK is by bringing with you tons and tons of monies.

That's the simple truth.

If you've got tons of monies then, there's no other place outside of Africa that i would advice you to go and relax for a few days and return back home other than the U.S.A and the UK.

For work visa purposes (tier-2 visa), I would suggest you apply to only jobs that pay >£30,000 per annum.

If your skills, cv and experience is good enough, I assure you, you will be invited for interview (which could be via Skype or zoom or whatever).

As to whether the employers are licensed to sponsor tier-2 visas, that’s a different matter.

Thanks a million @RalphJean for the pointers, really helpful too. Applying to the jobs directly is another alternative to consider, I am actually looking into this for my brother who is the programmer actually if we can get an agency that would help with the job placement, also help secure accommodation etc to help him ease into a foreign country.

Deal with the company directly and if you are successful then they will help you with settling down or you ask questions here when you get to that stage.

You typically won't deal with agencies like those in the medical profession. You have to apply for jobs yourself (even if through agencies, although some can contact you if they have suitable vacancies).

You would have to call the home office to clarify

For me I would have thought the moment an EU person becomes "settled" aka ILR then the rules of British and settled people applies which has a minimum earning requirement. If the EU partner didnt have ILR then EU requirements

That the purpose of the ILR status to become one of them . You shouldn't be able to pick and choose . It's all or nothing

For some reasons I forgot to share my driving testimony here. So here it goes to encourage someone.

I passed on the 5th attempts after giving up for more than 6 months. My first exam was December 2018 and I was not adequately prepared and ended up failing. 2nd and 3rd attempt was booked 2 weeks apart in February and I was just desperate to get it over with and still failed.
4th attempt was the semi last straw that made me give up because I failed for not doing up to speed limit, which I felt was not correct because the examiner judged me on Tom-Tom speed which is usually lower than what you see on the dashboard and the 3rd minor was literally 30 seconds to the exam center.

I was so pissed and angry and just decided to stop wasting money and stick to public transport and driving the family car when I can. Eventually with encouragement from here and family I booked another exam but decided to change my full strategy.

a. Research pass rate of centres near me, my exam centre had 32% pass rate so I decided to go for another not too far which had 49% pass rate
b. Changed Instructor after being loyal for 4 times grin grin grin
c. Scheduled exam for a Thursday and booked the preceding days off work to ensure continuous practice (I was always going on a friday test date and last lesson would have been sunday.
d. Made sure I was really calm like what is the worst that can happen.

On that beautiful day in October, I did my test and passed with 3 minors. I was over the moon, typing this months after sef I still feel like its a huge achievement and load off.

Thank you to all who encouraged me to never give up. To all still struggling to pass, just dont give up and your hardwork would soon come to fruition
