It is possible that what you have quoted here may not be the total picture. Remember that under the Obama administration, several millions of dollars were sent to Iran to appease them. Also recall that ISIS was formed during the Obama administration - right under his watch. Also, you do realise that the US under DJ Trump have done a lot at home to destroy the Obama legacies - with the attendant revelations of all manner of atrocities committed under Obama.
