Igbos are doing well for themselves and they are also doing bad for themselves so we don't need your presidency. The north knows what they are benefiting, in terms of the Nigerian economy they are not contributing anything. Nigeria got oil is there any in the north, mention one national resource the north yet they remain in power. They sized almost all the Igbos business men license and give their brother DANGOTE and every day he keeps growing. God help us all and remember you can't live forever in this world so one day you will go to a place where you are nobody. I pity those who think they are intimidating others all in the name of power karma and death is waiting for us all one day. 3 Likes |

You know, I always hear this 'Break Nigeria' fantasies online, as if breaking Nigeria is as easy as me slicing bread. Well, let me tell people something. Breaking Nigeria is not going to happen. Because, even though this Nigeria is a contraption, the alternative is far far worse. Nigeria is a heavily resource dependent state. And in the event of a breakup, there is going to be a fight for resources. And it would be brutal. (Yes, South Sudan, which isn't under invasion from Sudan because both sides took ten years to negotiate a peace). And guess what, Somalia and Rwanda would look much nicer in comparison. The problem with Nigeria is Nigerians. Many people from the SOuth complain about Fulani domination, yet in the run up to the 2019 election, there was zero effort made to unify Southerners and Middle belters behind a Southern or Middle Belt candidate. Instead, we chose, as our best alternative to the incompetents in Aso Rock, another Fulani...and one with a completely stained CV. Reasonable leaders, including people like Peter Obi (not perfect, but at least better)..we won't back because they are strong enough. And in the run up to 2023...we sit down and play Ibo vs Yoruba...instead of comming to gether to acheive our goals. Meanwhile in the North, people are just voting for the same old, same old...and nothing happening. And you expect things to get better once we break up? With the kind of divisive and silly attitudes we have now. Look at how we are saying 'Give us presidency, or else'. Meanwhile many Southern and Northern states are a disaster. And if we cannot manage small state, we go manage big country? Nigerians should sort themselves out, should develop an economy free from oil, and dependent on innovation...before we can talk of true federalism or splitting up. Otherwise, we won't like what would happen. 5 Likes |

TooMuchStuff: I just realised that the power thirsty Fulanis are the real 'Beasts of no Nation'. Wikipedia says they are of obscure origin associated with Sudan and only migrated to Senegal in 14th century. Can they go back to claim Senegal or Sudan as their root and stop causing troubles here? How were the Hausas so stupid to let these beasts without origin dominate them and coin out the Hausa/Fulani as we know it today. Really, enough is enough. If they try retaining power up north for any reason at all, we should all go our different ways. 1 Like |

Nothing will happen if the north decides to retain power beyond 2023. South is not united and I'm sure northerners are not fools and would certainly take advantage of the southern disunity come 2023. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Most guys here making Yoruba and Igbo slur here are from the north, they know how to join our head. I'm Igbo and id rather vote Tinubu from SW than a northerner with Igbo vp. The north knows how to use our head. If a northerner becomes president again then they'd rule us forever. Besides all politicians are the same, they are all corrupt and BAT is liberal minded and has friends from the East. If an Igbo becomes president it'd kill our Biafra dream 3 Likes |

Tflex01: To your chagrin, I am speaking for the SE and SS, and unfortunately you are not from there. Did you see any one of them disputing my submissions apart from fake wannabes like you? I spoke for them before the 2015 election and they both voted in the same direction, I will speak for them again till 2023 and we already know how they will vote. Politics is predictable in Nigeria. Any good political analyst knows the political pulse of every region at any given time. 1 Like 1 Share |

Long overdue, tribalism and division hightened since Buhari came in and started his tribalistic attitude both in appointments and in every other thing. I hated Nigeria since he became president. At this point I would only be happy if the country is divided |
