Likewise, someone came to my office to complain to me about the sim i registered for her.

she said that her names are not the ones showing on True caller. And she's been getting calls from many people complaining that the sim she bought from me has been used previously by another MTN customer.
i told her it might be true, and that she'll need to re-register on True caller.
that's just the way these things work, an mtn line will be sold out once out of service for 90
days.
