People that have the number when it was her own were prolly calling and it was off till they now call and the man picks telling them wrong number. I'm glad MTN is included in this suit. We keep doing SIM registration, yet they seem to never have the data available when required. How can a second individual register a pre-registered sim card without it being flagged by the telco? I just don't get it.

If networks reassign numbers all the time, then what is the point of NCC's campaign warning Nigerians not to buy pre-registered sim cards? Well, I'm happy MTN is included in this suit. Let them come and explain themselves before somebody else suffers unnecessarily.
