Nigerians and dia bad mouth. Even if it really is a wannabee LA fitness nko. Why you knocking another mans hustle. Wey your own GYM wey you build for naija.

How did I knock another man's hustle? I paid my own money to use the gym and I am entitled to critique it as I see fit. Furthermore, why would I build a GYM for 9ja, a country with 7.5% VAT and more than half the population is poor? Oga face front!

Action man, some people are naturally made to be a boss, not an employee smiley

What is this lady trying to prove by recording the exchange they had in a private office space and posting it on social media? Is she trying to bait for sympathy or incrimination of the guy? The guy already asked her to call the police if she is right, I don't see why that is a problem for her.

I get a sense that women always try to play victim in any particular situation no matter who is at fault. There is a need to put a check on women rights activisms going on around the world for its responsibility in all of this. Women right activists don't agitate for equal rights with men but for some special kind of rights exclusively reserved for women which are most part unjust because of some cunning women like this who will want to take advantage of their rights to victimize men.

Imagine, you can't even exercise your authority within your own business space because it is a woman involved. If it was a man recording such exchange with a fellow man, he would have been asked to leave immediately. Because touching that woman is another offense that guy is trying to avoid.

Your statement "LA fitness wannabe" is not critique but the typical backwards Nigerian mentality.
Since you can't build a GYM in a country with 7.5% VAT then stop misyarning about those doing it. You probably no get bicycle tire for yankee yet you dey misyarn about someone that actually owns a business.

I know the dude in the video. His name is Ebun Okubanjo. We attended the same secondary school in Ogun State in the 90's and I was his senior. He was in JSS 1 when I was in SS 1, if I can remember clearly. I doff my hats off to him for having the courage to run a business in Nigeria after living in the USA for many years. I can't remember him being a violent person or rough guy. And he comes from a good and well mannered family- I know his brother and cousins ( We all attended Ijebu-Ode's premier secondary school for Boys ). Women can be uncouth sometimes though I don't know the underlying factors behind the issue at hand. Cheers.

Fortunately, he is the type of entrepreneur Nigeria needs at the moment. If you care to know, it is very hard to stay away from Nigeria for too long if you are born in the country. People are investing back home, My brother. Europe and America have a way of jolting you back to reality after settling down there for 10 years and above. If Akon can come back to Senegal to invest in the land of his Father and Grandfather, then many Nigerians abroad should not be blamed for setting up businesses in Nigeria. Bad economy and other negative factors standing against business ventures in Nigeria should not stop Nigerian-Americans or Nigerians from following Akon's example.

it is quite difficult to judge on this matter. It is a one sided show. However, I won't say the guy went too far. Perhaps the guy is emotionally imbalance and the lady is a toxic customer.

That is an Alpha Male.

A real man.

Those who need a template on how to be a Real Man, need to go take lessons from that guy.

Customers are always right, right?

And she started recording, and sounded like a wounded cat, but what baffles me is why she didnt record what did to make that guy go so crazy.

Not every bearded man is an Alpha Male, but they expect to be seen like this guy while they with their beards actually succk pusssy. grin

1) I don’t need the full gist

2) Any staff of mine that talks to a customer like this will be summarily terminated.

This CEO needs to go to:

1) Anger management classes and

2) Customer service boot camp.

If you have an irate customer, you don’t blow like an untrained chimpanzee, you treat it as per modern customer service protocol and then you terminate the relationship.

I’ve seen full fledged agberos with better control and disposition.

My opinion.

I like hypocrite like you. It is easy to talk when you have not experienced a customer stealing your goods and still acting like the victim......

typical nigerian ceo, arrogant and condescending, customers hould bow down to you because you own a gym, they forget that without the customers there would be no business.

sha the typical nigerian customer is ill informed about their rights.

yes some customers are rude, but if you have a good customer care in place you can manage those customers.

And you couldn't compose a response without resorting to juvenile insults?

You don't know me thus you don't know what I've experienced or not. I started my working career in 1984, probably before you were born, and worked plus owned businesses over 3 continents. I've seen a thing or two.
