Pls do you kno what criteria they used to arrive at the scores, interview scores and CBT scores I guess. Just asking.

There are complaining bcoz it sounds ridiculous, But before I started, I said I wanted to say something weird, bcoz the whole thing sounds like bullshit to me too.. I said it was funny at first den I became angry.. The Source called my boss to inform him that they were done modifying the list and then she decided to CONFIDE in him on what they apparently did, It's not something everybody or anybody else is supposed to know. it's a secret. becoz it's an ugly method if they really did that.. and it was during that process that she asked for his nephew's name ands details although the boy is from South South... Th simple truth is that things have happened to that list that you all here can't comprehend.. and won't believe if you are told.. believe me or not, I get first hand info but I keep most of them locked up so bcoz of its sensitivity and the dust u guys like raising here.. this info came in December but I refused spilling it here bcoz I wanted it to pass for sometime when that process has been done for.... I don't understand the attacking from most angles, if you believe the story, cool, if u don't, kool.. and don't expect any of ur sources to know or tell u this..

That's life! Everyone cannot like you or believe what you say so you need to understand that. That been said, can you stop telling them what your source tells you and let everyone wait for NNPC to do their thing?

Looool. See as men full nairaland dey await apl, No be small thing everybody deserve to chop inside the oyel Money.

Let's wait for the Apl to come out and stop relying on hear say, nobody knows what is happening there, i can tell you most of the names will come from the villa, but still some names will be on merits.

It's surprising that a new theory can spring up after so many has been shot down.

The bottom line is,
Na how them go take remove merit and introduce 'who know who's.

There is no doubt we all need a closure to this recruitment. It is just a normal course of life for humans to see what they started come to a conclusive end. Again it is a game changer kind of job in this economy we find ourselves. Less stress to conventional private job, good money and great gratuity if u stay till retirement. i wonder who wudn't be anxious for positive news.

All these people saying "this week" are either one person with many monikers, different people with the same source or different people with different sources. The last option should offer the greatest credibility but we've all seen dates come and go in a way that even the "sources of the sauces" could not explain.

At this point, waiting is the only option. If it comes, good; if it doesn't, waiting stays on.

From his post, I think the frequency of portal visit has to do with the Northern candidates alone.

The theory of multiple logins is indeed a discomfiting one. Many is our number who fall victim (perhaps be so as profess by madam HR) of not using the portal as a means of information. But one thing is certain, if you are already found in the novel list, there's no need to fret over the aftermath complex inclusion process. I chose to be positive and refuse to cower at the supposed outcome. There are several things that make a man strong: attitude as you wait for an impending outcome and your perception of the end result. Surely there's an end to all things and this one is no exception.

Many years come and gone. Each revealing a new chapter in our lives. As for me, today marks another ebbing away of 365 as I count cautiously my days here on earth. Hopefully, in this same day another chapter will be unveiled again. NNPC APL i await. The last thing in a man to die is hope. Stay strong, positive and see how things pan out.

I wouldn't know the criteria for names' removal but I guess and it should rationally have been in order of performances.

Well, to the issue of selecting a uniform number of candidates from all states; while this would have superficially solved the complex inclusion process, we must admit that it may not have been technically feasible. Remember that NNPC has got various subsidiaries and specific numbers of candidates needed for the different units.
Simply choosing the best 30 in order of performance from each may not cater for the various disciplines to be filled and may not also address the cultural and gender diversity/inclusion requirements of the units. Hence, the complexities.

It's really a complex inclusion process but not rocket science nonetheless. Basic simplex algorithm would suffice.

My question is this since they are trying to increase the no of candidates from a particular region(north) does that mean that they reduced the candidates from the other region (south) to counterbalance it or they all together increased the total no of candidates they intend to take?
