I started talking about being a Clo, how the x executives collected money from nobles in the community for a project and left with the money, while the project is inconclusive, being the current executives, we can't go back to the community for funds, so I find a way to complete it and save our face.

Currently, the state with the largest number of FG workers (civil service) is IMO State.
