1) Got to ministry of education around 10am, collected my attestation letter.
2) I applied for eligibility letter and paid 500 naira for applying. I was told to come for the letter on Monday for the collection. I was told I would pay 500 naira for its collection
3) I proceeded to the ministry of foreign affairs and I was told that per page is 300 naira. So I was told my payment is #2100( 3 0riginal doc and 3:photocopies l and one eligibility letter)
4) I went to the cafe to generate remita and paid the money at bank....
5) I will be taking the documents to Foreign Affairs on Monday once the eligibility letter is out.... That is where I stopped for today
....

Hello My People!

Please someone should help me with this enquiries on Direct Employment Visa on the security jobs in UAE: the salary range, accommodation (the minimum and maximum numbers in a room) transportation and how the feeding like, will there be provisions for gas to cook or free meal? I learnt some pay 200k naira -240k naira. How the Laundry is like, would there be provisions for someone to launder your uniforms? And other things like that.

Also, will like to know the duration of the shift everyday and off days. And is it possible to work for 8 or 9 hrs shift? cus I learnt some security jobs is 11- 12 hrs shift. How do they eat while on duty.

Also the job description of the security over there and where dey normally post them to?

Is there provisions for health care like HMO?

Any possible social life to reduce stress after work or on off days?

I learnt they require prove of secondary school cert. If one have higher certificate like Diploma will it determine place of posting or give an edge?

I also learnt some companies do sponsor to go for SIRA training for two weeks after which one will be given certificate to be able to work. Also aware they carry out screening like medical.

Please I await your response and confirmation on all these elucidated Above. Thanks so much in Anticipation.

Old Scam... you'll be told to contact a travel agency who will then ask you to pay certain amount of money that will be refunded back to you when you reach UAE.

His type will never learn...
He believes everybody started the journey same time...

Yes,
The beginning in UAE is never easy but gradually, all does will be paid and suffer will end...

Never despise the days of your little beginning in UAE...

I tire for that bros...

I have been in this country for 8 years now and I have also visited or lived in few other countries in between.

UAE is one of the best for me and I have made here my second home after Nigeria.

UAE may not be favouring most Nigerians because we don't like paying dues before flexing...

In business...
You must serve an Oga before being an Oga.

In education,
You must first study Engineering for 5 years, go for your NYSC, register with accessing bodies like NSE, COREN before claiming to be an Engineer.

How many years have you spent in UAE?

Do you know that salary grows with years of experience?

Have you heard of GCC work experience before?

If you come from 3rd world countrie's certificate,
before you can work as a professional in UAE, you must have 2 years GCC work experience as an assistant or a helper...

There are thousands of things to do in Dubai but you will need to hang around the country,
have a positive mindset,
scamp around for opportunities,
associate with like minds,
have patient and above all pray and believe in God's work.

Do you have skill
Can you barb(20/30 aed) per head, do it after your daily work because guys in other countries sometimes do like 2 to 3 different jobs.

Business...
Do you think UAE don't have business opportunities too?
You must be a learner if you dont know that...

98% of Hilux driven in Nigeria,
Like 30% of Lexus jeeps and cars,
Mercedes Benz, some Toyotas came in from UAE...

40% of Used automobile parts,
Cloths,
Perfumes
TV,electronics,ACs, washing machines, a lots of them comes from Dubai.

Have you heard of Royal furnitures company in Sharja...
40% of furnitures comes from Dubai.

Phones,
Laptops,
Phone accessories,
Electricals,
Building materials,
Rice(before banning)
Groundnut oil...

Nigerian business men buys them all from Dubai.

Do any job given to you and channel your salary to one business.

Before you come to UAE, ask questions on other things to involve your money in, learn it from Nigeria for maybe a month.

Just learn a little, oyibo go teach you others here...

A cousin of mine in USA have been complaining that his salary was not enough,

I had to tell him that big boiz I know in USA,
most of them imports cars or used car parts.

Yes you must soil your hands,
but the pay will be there.

Come prepared...
Then come to Dubai

Hi bro. Can you send me your uae number, I need you to guide me on something. I sent you a pm, kindly reply. Thanks

As u dey ask am d question u too for dey share ur own location details na

The onus is on him not me. He has made many ridiculous claims about Dubai that makes one wonder what part of Dubai he stays where there's so much suffering, bile and neglect. I asked where he is in Dubai, he said I should ask what part of UAE. Then he said Dubai. Anyway, you guys should live positively to come out of your predicaments better. Not everyone is suffering like you are.
