Akeredolu didn't even score up to 35% of the total votes in the primary election, he couldn't have been the choice of everyone. Tinubu disagreed which is actually democratic. Democracy gives room for divergent views and opinions.

Obaseki is the one playing god here. He wants to impose himself over others but Oshiomole is insisting on direct primaries for all the aspirants. Who is more democratic between the both of them?

This is one of the most disappointing governor in the history of governors! He was sold to the people as a technocrat, an intelligent businessman, whose exploits and knowledge of the financial industry would help revitalize the state, help position the state to attract businesses and create private sector jobs and opportunities for the people. All this guys has done in the last 3 plus years is fight a non existing battle, everyday he is fighting the so called god father. His colleagues are making their states better, this man has nothing to show for the last three years of governing other than "I am fighting god father". Sadly enough, he isn't going to do anything in the next few months because now it's about politics. So sad!

All these while, in the struggle for supremacy and leadership of the party in Edo state, I have somehow found myself sentimentally following Obaseki and unfortunately believing that Oshiomole has been the trouble maker.

Obaseki should remember the proverb that says "if pickin get 20 coins e dey be am like 20 days".

The words of the governor can be described as a incitement of the youths and an open invitation to the youths to kill, steal and destroy. A governor should be a statesman and father to all. APC in Edo state is already in deep trouble with the factionalisation of the party.

For me I sincerely hope the division continues until PDP repossesses the state.

With all the moves of Obaseki, can he secure the ticket for the next term? I strongly believe that Oshiomole has put things in place to remove him.

I don't understand your first paragraph.

You're obviously not catching up with the recent happenings in our polity. The most recent decision of APC NEC is direct primaries in all elective posts.

Edo state cannot exist in isolation just because of the wish of Obaseki. He should play by the rules.

If he's popular enough, he shouldn't be scared of direct primary. All the people of Edo State are behind him, innit?

Agbo leave in the town of lagoon. Which is not far from Ibadan. He went to primary school. He was in primary 4. Everyone liked Agbo because he is always happy and friendly. Agbo was a lucky boy because his parents were rich. His father gave him a watch and he is proud of it.
