I have one bb q20, it's showing bb10-0015 error, I tried flashing with autoloader but the USB can't recognized. I've tried flashing without battery but it just moves to bb10-0020 error. I've installed bb drivers and bb link, still the laptop doesn't see the phone and I've tried on one other laptop it still the same.
What do you think is wrong, why is it saying Usb can't be recognized? Could it be charging port?

It's a hardware issue. Take it to any engineer and tell them you want to fix the phone to make a pc detect it.
