Hello, I got admission into the university of economy in bydgoszcz, Poland late last year 2019 and the program will be begin on the 25th of February 2020. But the appointment date at the embasssy is march 17. I guess because I didn't book on time... But I applied for an extension for 1 month in the school... I hope this won't cause any problem concerning the embassy decision..

Don’t let anyone whine you. Poland is a cool place to live, I came here in September and so far it’s great. The people are friendly, at least you’re not worried about racism, feeding isn’t too expensive, only expensive thing here is rent. You can stay in school dorm if you need an affordable accommodation. Transportation you can pay for the bus/tram per ride or get a card which you’ll use for the year.

There are jobs, you can either work in factories or IT firms. They need people that speak English, French, German etc.

I’m in Łódź sha, if you Dey Lodz holla at me. Gracias
I need your help on how to travel to Poland......This is my number +2348034839609

I think it will be advisable to apply for the September in-take since there are non available dates for appointments for March at the embassy.

Bro is there anything like POLAND WORK VISA?

Work Permits

Foreign workers are required to have the proper visas and work permits in Poland, as established by immigration laws. Work permits must be secured for employees, and sponsored by a locally licensed and incorporated entity, which can be a problem for companies just entering the Polish market. Poland is known for typically being quite inflexible with its visa arrangements for foreigners, and visas will only be granted if no suitable Polish candidate can be sourced for a position.

It is possible for companies that have established limited liability or joint-stock companies, or limited or limited joint-stock partnerships, to arrange visas for their workers. The relevant visa is Work Permit C, for foreigners who perform work in Poland for a foreign employer for a period exceeding 30 days, as long as the conditions of their employment align with the conditions stipulated within the Polish Labour Code. Permits are issued by the Province Governor. Work permits are valid for a maximum one year and are only valid if the applicant performs the work specified in the permit.

I tnk its tym 4 us to get this topic rocking. I wld start wt the requirements from the embassy's site
ALL VISA ISSUES
REQUIRE REGISTRATION FOR APPOINTMENTS THROUGH
www.e-konsulat.gov.pl
ONLY HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL PASSPORTS
ARE
EXEMPT FROM THIS REQUIREMENT
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register for a visa appointment, please go to www.e-
konsulat.gov.pl --> Visas. Then, depending on the
period of intended stay, choose “Schengen visa –
register form” or “National visa – register form”.
Schengen is for short-stay, up to 3 months; national is
for 3-12 months (work, studies, etc.).
Please be careful to choose to correct option. Choosing
“… - fill in form” will direct you to a different application
and you will be unable to apply correctly.
The system will show you available appointment dates.
Please note that appointment dates are granted
independently of the embassy, based on the missions
capacity and applicants’ demand. It is therefore not
possible to receive an earlier appointment date.
After you complete the online application form (make
sure to click “submit” and/or “print”), a PDF will pop
out. Please save it, print it and bring to
the appointment. The exact appointment time will be
visible on the last page of the PDF form.
Please note that all applications need to be submitted
personally by the applicants. We do not accept
applications submitted by post, courier or anybody else
than the applicants themselves. This requirement is
stipulated in EU law.
You will need to provide supporting documents along
with your application form.
