I am not supporting copying. One's work should be unique and pass plagiarism. I always make sure my works are unique before publishing.

My first point was actually on trademark keywords. Amazon don't joke with such. Once a particular title is trade mark, I don't think Amazon will approve such a book.

Most accounts that are terminated are as result of a publisher publishing a trademark title. Amazon will flag it instantly and will even send you a message to take it down. If one does not respond to that message on time, it is immediately followed by termination message.

So, most of the terminations is not really as a result of someone copying someone's else contents because all published books are automatically checked for plagiarism even before Amazon approve it.

So, most of the terminations are as result of unintentional used of trademark keywords/titles.
