Not really, I experience the same on my phone. Especially when on 4G and phone temperature is slightly higher.

There was a day that the external temperature was very high that my phone was so hot that my charging speeds dropped to 190mA

Well I don't know much about these things but I've been using and charging my phone at the same time for 3 years now and I always check the speed while charging. It has never gone below 700mA except the cable is bad.

Not ROM related. Charging rate 1%/minute is not bad . SOT is average with moderate use.

Exactly. D excitement of booting d phone successfully to another ROM! I was exploring to see bugs and inadequacy in the ION OS rom. So far so good but SOT isn't great

I use migrate app instead. Titanium backup doesn't backup app permissions like the way migrate app.
