Breakfast: Akara and pap, my supposed vegan meal.
Unfortunately, I am lactose intolerant but long throat keeps pushing me to take milk

If you are lactose intolerant like I am you can buy lactose free milk, rice milk, coconut milk or any other milk that doesn't contain cow milk. If you are in Nigeria places like shop rite should have.
