They are working so hard to gather points they'd consider enough to curry the Eastern votes in 2023.

But hey, I think I need to remind us that the Second Niger bridge was commissioned as Public Private Partnership Project.

What that means, as I remember president GEJ saying then, is that once the govt pays it's counterpart fund for the project, which Jonathan did, the project will go on irrespective of who is in power.

That's the truth they don't want us to remember.

What if that is not the truth or that truth has broken after GEJ? remember P&ID case, it all started from his admin

Forget Jonathan Abeg.
He was never serious in building that bridge or any other project in the East including his SS.

Is the 2nd Niger bridge for Igbo's or for Nigerians? Note, this is not a bridge across Imo River or Anambra River. This is a bridge connecting the East to the West. So I ask again, is the bridge built only for Ndi Igbo?

This is the new narrative now? It's no longer that the president is not doing any project in Igbo land. The new story is that after all the bridge is meant for Nigerians and not only for the Igbos. You people are simply impossible.

Buhari is the game changer who will definitely end up being begged to continue as president after his second tenure. The man has continued to prove the book makers wrong that performance is not about making oratory speech, but being dedicated and focused in your deliverables as a leader.

Some wicked people will say he has failed us. They won't see this, they won't see the rail projects in the SW, they won't see Lagos-Ibadan express way project.

You guys are very funny. GEJ's deal ws cancelled. That PPP was a scam put together by Peter Obi.

The new contract put together by Buhari and Fashola is 100% funded by the FG and a better deal for the country.

I learnt it was Buhari that came and fixed the road to his village and also built a bridge that leads to Deziani village.

This is such bullcrap. I passed this bridge from the Asaba axis last week and noted the lack of progress on this bridge. The few work going on was at the Asaba dinner city and only the ocean pillars have been installed across d water. They look old and unattended and no underwater or over water construction was ongoing

There is no way at this pace this project would even be 20% completed when these clowns leave power. This is just stupid propaganda and I would like anyone to bet me if this government would complete this before the 2023 elections

Shame

So you mean those pictures were imported? If it's your wish that the project don't get completed so that you come here to shout that you have been vindicated, then I tell you to get ready to jump into the bridge and get drowned because, you will definitely be put to shame. The project and many more will be completed in Igbo land before the end of 2023.

Nor how it works?

Or are you saying the project is not a PPP?

And look at all the names you are calling me.

Oga you don't have a point. As long as the bridge will be used by Nigerians, you don't have any reason to hate what the APC led FG are doing.

I think the question for these gullible folks is, What is the name of the (phantom) Private Investor?

Could you please stop advertising stupidity as if it's a paid employment by going through the website of Julius Berger that is doing this work, so that you will have the fact as per when this project was finally awarded and financial commitments made by the government.

Why na!, why tell him what is obvious when he's decided to outsource his thinking faculty and become irredeemably foolish.

Only a fool will open his mouth condemning Amaechi and praising FAshola. FAshola is a monumental failure considering the hype and Amaechi is no doubt the best minister we’ve had since 1999.....bar none! I speak as a Yoruba man. Name a major project FAshola has finished, all he does is go on TV speaking English and theory..if this, then that...deliverables nothing. In the time Amaechi delivered Lagos Ibadan rail from scratch, FAshola has barely improved on what he met on Lagos Ibadan express.
