Could you advise how someone could get reliable drivers, it is very difficult to get trusted drivers to take charge of these vehicles, I have these buses in stock and want to put them on the road but how to go about it seems a challenge, i buy them directly so the costs is good, I heard good drivers account for up to N50k per week.

I have 11 pieces currently and another 14 very shortly.

Compound interest is a double-edged sword that LIFTS investors and KILLS borrowers.

INVESTMENT:
100k @ 10% per annum = 2millon at retirement (30 years)

LOAN:
100k @ 2% per month = 124m (same period).

Fools borrow to sustain their lifestyle; wise people invest into their lives.
3 lessons.

1. Invest.
Compound interest makes investment a necessity for anyone who hopes to retire in the future.

2. Run from debt.
High interest rates + compound interest makes most loans unsustainable in Africa.

3. Relative value.
Very often.
Investment return < loan rate.
Many small investors don’t see this. And it keeps them stagnant. The painful thing there is that they think they are growing.

Nigeria offers longer-term naira contracts to lure investors, shore up FX reserves
Nigeria’s central bank has introduced longer-term contracts on the naira in a move to attract more foreign inflows, shore up its dwindling dollar reserves and prevent the currency from weakening, traders said on Thursday.

 Facebook Nigeria’s central bank has introduced longer-term contracts on the naira in a move to attract more foreign inflows, shore up its dwindling dollar reserves and prevent the currency from weakening, traders said on Thursday.
Nigeria’s external reserve could be the net beneficiary of a planned $3.3bn Eurobond issuance for which the executive branch has sought clearance from parliament.
The Central bank has kept the naira stable even as oil prices drop and foreign investors book profits on local bonds in response to falling yields. It operates a multiple exchange rate regime that it has used to manage pressure on the currency.
The central bank offered naira-futures contracts for five-year settlement for the first time, priced at 379.81 naira to the U.S. dollar, traders said. The longest tenor prior to this move was a 13-month contract, which the central bank has offered for more than a year.
The naira has come under pressure this year as importers demand dollars to feed Nigeria’s consumers and as market sentiment worsen by fears that the coronavirus outbreak would hit Chinese demand, one of Nigeria’s major trading partners, and dampen growth.
Central Bank Governor Godwin Emefiele last month said that no adjustment of the naira was planned and that the bank would continue to sustain the value of the currency, even though its dollar reserve was shrinking.
Nigeria’s forex reserves declined to $36.68 billion as of Feb. 10, down 12.4% from a year earlier, central bank data showed on Thursday, as the bank burns through its dollar savings to support the naira.
The bank now has sixty contracts outstanding from 13 earlier, traders said, underscoring the pressure to attract inflows and to boost reserves. The contracts trade on the FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange.
Nigeria has also floated the idea of tapping the Eurobond market this year to raise up to $3 billion.
On the forwards market, the naira for one-year delivery was quoted at 399.73 against the dollar.

I am at a cross-road right now, i want to invest in eurobond dollar fund, but i don't know which one to pick between fbnquest, StanbicIBTC and United capital. Which one should i go for out of the three based on the best interest rate, customer service and safety of my life savings i Intend to invest.

Please i need contributions on this, so that i can make a decision on as soon as possible.

TBills have since been stopped for individuals (about a month now). Unless you have 150million and above, you cannot access it.

I just want to use this moment to appreciate you all that voted Buhari. Smh.

I think the problem is from the banks. My bid with gtb on Thursday was not also successful.

I was at the bank yesterday to inquire why, they said that only their 365 bid was successful. I asked for secondary market, but it was already past 3 by then. So, gtb still does secondary market as they made me believe.

Treasury bill has helped many especially those who started earlier. I saw from this post when an offer base on 23 rate was given. Bring it back today, is a mighty falling. But at 4% rate is still better than leaving ur money in fallow in d bank. Is like when this treasury bill will reach peak will be during presidential election again. Very long year to wait.

I don’t think any bank offers a good rate in terms of fixed deposit. a client of mine wanted to go for fixed deposit with one of the commercial banks @ 1% on ROI..
