Any candidate should submit, to the INEC, whatever credential he or she wants to tender 3 months before election.

INEC then needs to have a sub commision headed by a retired academician other the the inec chair, to check the background of the submitted docs, having satisfied, then;

they can order the individual's party to order a nomination form. But expression of interest form should be issued anytime not later than three days from the day the candidate submits the credentials.

This is how they can take care of this...
