Yes, watch out for that guy in bold and the likes of OKOMU, PRESCO, CAVERTON and the few others mentioned in the post above.
Contrarily, it might be wise to stay away from coys in the oil and gas space. The new finance law, including the trend of happenings from the domestic front doesn't favour them. The only 'small' exception for us is CONOIL and FO.
...but even then, CAUTION should be the watchword !!
Yep to bolded.

I will take out FO and put Double 11 Plc

UCAP has shown the new trend for now.
Time for everybody to answer him Papa name.
No more living in past glory.
Announce good dividend, get chased by hot money.
Announce nonsense, Mr. Market show you nonsense. grin
Still not late to take position in stocks with potential explosive results.
JB!
Yes to bold. Also stretching into 2020. Very healthy projects portfolio....and still expanding. Their Treasury function is also now much more proactive.

Also watch out for WEMA. I suspect dividend yield at current prices may range around 6%/7% because they are still trying to grow a healthy distributable reserve (retained earnings) after many years of negative position.

I just have a feeling some people are about to play their usual tricks. Nevertheless lets watch closely. Board meeting is today and result should be in the public by Monday/Tuesday.
Afriprud was getting attention before Ucap released result, some insider might have gotten info, we wait and see what they are coming up with.

See what happens when you decide to give the masses what belongs to them....... grin
So Nigeria would have been a place of so much love and growth if our destiny was not mortgaged by a few evil spirits in power... huh

With 11 PLC, current earnings may likely not be sustainable.
...and when u relate surrounding RISK to current mkt price, REWARD MARGIN could contract in the near term.

Investors interests renewed in UBA and few other stocks, huge offers gradually disappearing and people taking position in expectation of good dividend.......with Ucap setting the pace...

If GT and Zee are paying dividend within same range , I think Zenith is far better to accumulate then.
I expect Access to do better than last year.

When I see Zenith @ N19.5 and some folks waiting for it @ N18, I laugh! ....if only I had more cash!

When suddenly folks realize the bargain, then u wld see it zoom up.

I expect Zee to give N2.50 - N2.80 in dividend and its price to go higher than N25 when that happens. We are watching!
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 11:59am On Feb 19, 2020
Heard that CSL(the brokerage arm of FCMB group) was on Monday appointed as the official stockbroker to the federal government of Nigeria.

Inference: More money on the table for FCMB and maybe less for STANBIC(not sure, but I think they use to manage that position)

Disclaimer: NOT to be interpreted as any form of recommendation.

Meanwhile, I still insist that the market would reverse on or before the end of next week. There is two high-flyers on my watchlist capable of enriching investors swiftly, especially those who missed UCAP (Afriprud can be illiquid most times).

If it is dividend, Zenith is always better but if it is capital gain, Gtbank is the Boss.

I am not a NAYSAYER but ....in the last two bulls, Zenith returned approx. 13.8% and 21.3% (average of 17.55%) while Guaranty returned approx. 18.9% and 16.9% (average of 17.9%).
