Lol... Breast weh don ready since well maybe you should get that lactation cookie ready, thats my plan cos i had issues with early lactation in my previous pregnancies and its depressing. Also ensure you start cleaning the nipples witb olive oil or coconut oil from around week 35/36. I think it helps to open up the ducts

Well, keep on massaging your breast, not just the nipple, your entire breast, it will help it to come out faster when baby comes and you put it to the breast. That first milk is very important for your child as its a strong antibiotics. Hope this helps. Let other sabi mama's put mouth.

Yes. If your milk comes in before delivery, baby may not be able to get colostrum cos that’s the very first one to come out and it contains all the antibodies baby needs. It may leak into your bra/breastpad before baby comes

As for me during my first pregnancy,I took lots of ewedu soup.....ewedu was part of me and I noticed water used to drip out of my breast when I was close to my delivery date... I told the matron about what I noticed and she said it means I will produce milk immediately I give birth and she was right that was what happened immediately I gave birth....I started breastfeeding my baby immediately with no delay Ewedu really worked for me so also amala dudu.

I did all the diet and exercise and scans failed me that I was carrying small baby but God did not fail me.
