Apart from the monthly ones which are minimal, there are some days when I don't do skincare, like when I'm on call and it's extremely busy.

I guess it's the discipline of it all.

Go watch Kemi Afolabi movies , the pimples can’t be covered with costumes and make up so so glaring

It's all covered up with makeup!
They're actors, and should look good for the audience.
Besides, I've seen a few actors with acne here and there, even with the heavy make-up.

Even Hollywood actors have acne.

You ought to know this though, so I think this question is a bit silly.
