Gombe should be top on that list. There's a certain grace in that town that makes everything prosper. They've being lucky with good governors too, so the city is fast developing, or should I say it's developed already. People assume it's one of those village-ish and backward states in the North-East, they don't know the big things happening there. Bauchi state that's older can't even compare to Gombe. I also dare say it's more developed than Yobe, Taraba etc.
