Please this is urgent
Please house I just completed my B.A in university, I did IELTS exam to guild my U.k Visiting traveling documents.
I'm yet to apply because I saw it on this platform that I need to build my account for 3months which have started.
To my question house,
1) please the person inviting me told me she will be stated has my sponsor, is it okay?
2) she asked me to look for a tangible reason that will convince them to issue me Visa I.e a good reason while I want to come on a visit to u.k
3. I'm a stylist earning based on the amount and number of cloth I sow per day and that's what I want to include in my documents, pls is it tangible enough?
You will need 6 month bank statement. IELTS is not needed for visiting visa.

How much am I going to pay to collect the yellow card?
Can I get it the same day I applied for it?
Is it Compulsory that I must going with my passport or just the photocopy of my data page only.

No one should mislead anyone here. When did this YELLOW CARD thing start?

Yellow card is not required for Uk visa. The person who did it here was misinformed and did it anyway and never used it as it was never asked for. So this other guy whose MIL is travelling to UK next week just wants to have more than enough, which is going to be waste of effort.

Well said. This is an informative forum and as such, only reliable and genuine information should be available here. Everyone please take note. YELLOW CARD isn't a requirement to get into the UK.

Don't be confused. YELLOW CARD isn't required for entry into the UK. If you need to travel, prepare yourself and make that trip. Also, heed to preventive measures against COVID-19.

News from mainstream media appear to say otherwise. It's confusing

Well, most airlines have been enforcing the yellow card rule. Every traveller out of Nigeria is required to have the new yellow card if not, they won't be allowed to board. It is not about the UK alone.

Ok then, it seems like it is a requirement in Nigeria. It seems all flights departing Nigeria, regardless of the destination countries, require the yellow card. Best thing is to be fully prepared (or over prepared) than to be under prepared and run into panic mode.

Good day Sirs and Mas

Am waiting for decision on my 6months UK visit visa application to attend Preparatory Course in April 2020 and to write exam in May 2020

The exam body HAS JUST postponed the preparatory course and exam date to possibly Septemberor October 2020 due to the COVID-19 VIRUS spread.

Since am expecting decision from the ECO for my UK visa decision on or before March 24th,.....

How can I communicate to the ECO, British Embassy  so as to review my travel date and validity of my visa to know move from possibly April 2020 to September 2020 when the preparatory course has been shifted before the final decision on my visa comes out?

My passport is still with TLS office, ikeja

Am really worried and confused now.

Thanks for your guidance.

Ok sir.
Two questions
1. What proof do you have that this individual sending you invitation letter is your friend
2. How did you get the 1.3m in ur account. Was it STRICTLY accumulated from the salary you mentioned?

Please, at the moment, how much is "walk-in"? I mean walk-in at a VAC without prior appointment. I guess that's same as Flexi-Appointment? Good evening all?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by jessetom(m): 10:43pm On Mar 13, 2020
Good day Gurus.

I have been recently given admission to study at Estonia university for masters degree (on Scholarship). Due to the fact that there is no Estonian embassy in Nigeria, I am seeking to obtain the Estonian Visa from the Estonian embassy in the UK (although I'm considering other places such as Egypt, Israel and Turkey)

So at it stands, I have my uncle in the UK that have lived there for about 20 years with his wife amd kids (all UK citizens) and works as a medical doctor. I want to see if I can get an invitation from him so that I can apply for a short tourist visa to come to UK just for the reason of obtaining the Estonian student visa from the embassy there (although not stating rhis in ky application for obvious reasons).

What i want to know is,
1. Is this possible?
2. How much will it cost?
3. How long does it take to obtain the visa if he invites me?
4. How do I go about it?
5. Any other consideration and advice?

I will be glad if you guys can assist me.
Thanks so kindly.

- Mudi

P.S: I've never travelled abroad
