So basically you’re raiding the stores multiple times in order to create an unnecessary shortage for us sane individuals that just want to buy what we need.

Hello house kindly advise on this

I am a tier 4 student currently studying in Uk precisely Middlesbrough. I intend to get a car which i plan to use as convening Carers to their place of assignment as in I will meet the recruiting agency of those workers to let me be convening them to their care homes and they pay me certain percentage weekly from the workers salary who I convened and I also intend to approach various outlets and eateries to serve as a delivery man for them. Please is this a good decision to make ? Any pro and cons? Any experience in this kind of business before? Is it profitable?

Justwise, Lexusgs430 and co please I need your advice

If you can get the clientele, it's would be worth your while.......

You would require hire & reward insurance (fairly expensive) or business insurance.....

If it's the hire and reward requirement, you would also require a Hackney carriage licence (not as easy as you originally thought).... What's your general knowledge of your local environment (i know sat nav is available, but key knowledge does help too.......

And finally, do you have a full uk driving licence?....

yes I am currently undergoing the training! I have gotten the provisional lincense already hopefully I hope to be lincensed by next month. My knowledge is not that vast but I know with Google map I will find my way and gradually I will get use to the nooks and crannies of Middlesbrough. On the hackney permit I think I don’t need it since it not a full time taxi thing. I am not picking people on the road or be ordered to do but I will be working with those businesses I mentioned.

It could be a profitable but you are not permitted to do such business with student visa, do international student do it? Yes some take the risk involved.

It is self employment which is not permitted with student visa

I don't think with a new licence (assuming you pass), you would not be able to move paying passengers......

20hrs when you are employed and not when you are self employed.

I did not include it, read student visa rule again.

If you are self employed how will you even prove that you only work 20hrs?

The short of it is:
What Tobexin wants to do is SELF-EMPLOYMENT.
A tier-4 student is NOT allowed to be self-employed. It’s against the rules.

You said paid professional work which I'm questioning. Probably you meant engage in 'business activities or self employed'

there is difference between business activities and self employment! Self employment requires me to register my company while business activities doesn’t require one!

Just because I want to serve as an errand boy using my car to some companies doesn’t mean I am self employed! I have no physical location or office. What of if am doing some freelancer jobs online in Uk will the government counts it as self employment or business activities?

I meant exactly that. Paid professional work... eg doctors, footballers etc. With student visa you can’t do paid professional work and you can’t be self employed.
