Here in Europe a Major of a City will commission roads and multiple billions euro projects daily without any noise and party. A governor will partner with foreign & local investors to build multinational industries no noise.
In Nigeria a governor will spend huge amount of money and organise heavy party just to commission a project less than 1 million €. And the local citizens will stay off duty just to celebrate a governor for performing his Duties.

Finally, thank GOd ooo. nteje people ve been making millions with the bad state of the bridge, due to the poor state of akwa onitsha express road. Every car that passes that iron bridge pays 50#. Imagine how many cars that ply the road each day......
