Let me take you through the divorce process.

First, your sister (not you) must want the divorce.

Second, her marriage must be registered by a Marriage Registry.

@op. There's no way to divorce in one morning. And stop overhyping their differences. Just advice her to involve some cooler headed party from the elders in the family to mediate. If there is any form of assault, tell your parents to get her to come and stay with them for a while. If she's taking that option, she should be cautious where she stays during this period; otherwise the husband can claim in court that she abandoned him to live with another man.
