So I visited Hajia today and she served me this wonderful lunch. But I told her there was a problem in the food...the ratio of crunchy coleslaw to rice is 10:70 and she laughed out loud and pleaded that was the very last.

knowing how much I love crunchy vegetables in my food at least it should've been 70:10 i don't mind. Nevertheless, I love you momma,,,u are the best

Jollof Bulgur, mixed Veggies (Bell Peppers, Green Beans, Sweet Peas, Sweet Corn, Carrots), and Mackerel Fish.
