Well I'd say it depends on your waec result.

I'd advice you to go online and check how they calculate their cut off.

Also check for their past cut off.

There's a lot of information online if you know where to look.

Leave nairaland and search.

For a State University, don't be surprised if you still need powerful connection to get admission. In your shoes I wouldn't sit around hoping the merit net would catch me. If it's institutions like OAU or UI, then you're safe to trust in their principle of prioritizing merit ahead of any other consideration.

Then are You Hausa/Fulani? Why concerned about tribe, anyway is you state catchment area to EKSU? Remember the girl from Nigeria that scored over 300 that applied for medicine in ABU Zaria but was not given admission because the slot for her state was just 2 for medicine and there were 2 people who scored higher than her, so I think grace and luck also counts.

Op your score depends on how many applicants chose Eksu in the course you want to study and their score

if there are applicants that choose medicine&surgery eksu and score 300 above in 70% level then I can't guarantee your admission and your post utme matters too.

you should tried and do well in post utme, you've done your best to have that score, add more effort in the putme you might grace in the merit list

Why do you want to go and study Medicine when you can easily get a better course like Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering? Please, listen to what God is telling you. Biology is clearly not your strong point, and that's a signal that Medicine is not for you. Goodluck!
